About this villa rental
Sardinia, CHIA, weekly rental terraced house with panoramic garden on the sea, about 800 meters from the beach, inserted in the Chia Laguna Resort complex. All the beaches of Chia can be reached on foot in 15/20 minutes or in a few minutes by car, using the parking spaces of the relative beaches. Within a few km from Chia there are wonderful beaches with fine sand dunes (Nora, s. Margherita, Tuerredda, Spartivento, Cala Cipolla etc.) every day you can explore a different beach in the spectacular protected area of Chia which can be reached in a few minutes by car. The Chia Laguna village (about 300mt) has a small square with a boutique, pharmacy, ATM, ice cream shop, bar, pizzeria and restaurant.
In the summer season there is entertainment for children, shows and / or music every evening.
In the urban center of Chia (about 1.5 km) there are restaurants, pizzerias, bars and markets, bakeries, fishmongers, butchers and fruit and vegetables, always open in the summer 7 days a week.
The house is air conditioned, equipped with every comfort and is equipped (dishes, pots and all necessities for the kitchen including toaster and microwave, shower, hairdryer and washing machine in the bathroom, dishwasher, shower in the garden with hot water, outdoor barbecue. The 52-inch TV has a satellite system with satellite TV decoder.
The house is on 2 levels, the ground floor with large living room with open kitchen, porch and large garden, the mezzanine floor with 1 double bedroom, twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms, mezzanine with 2 single beds for a total of 6 beds

Having to walk through the second bedroom to access the main one was difficult with 2 generations of adults. So we would have given 5 stars had it not had this difficulty. The person that saw us in didn't speak any English so that was a little difficult but we had backup Whats App with Serena who was very helpful each time we contacted her. If you can accept the bedroom situation it is a lovely place to stay. But you do need a car!

Spacious, clean and modern townhouse style house, with similar units on either side. Located in close proximity to dozens of top-tier beaches with all amenities, loads of space (parking too) and pristine turquoise Mediterranean water. The house was very well-stocked, kitchen very clean, modern and easy to use; the bathrooms had lots of space and great water pressure; there were even two clothes washers and a dishwasher as well. The hosts were extremely helpful via email and response time was within hours. Everything was excellent and we would stay here again. in a minute!

Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr schön und hat eine tolle Lage mit super Aussicht.
Leider gab es einige Punkte die uns nicht so gut gefallen haben. Darunter: Die Frau, die uns die Wohnung übergeben hat schien sehr in Eile zu sein und sprach ausschließlich italienisch, die Wohnung hat zwar einen großes TV aber unter den hunderten Sendern, war kein deutscher Kanal, es gibt kein WLAN (es war zwar nicht explizit angegeben) aber in dem Preissegment der Wohnung erwartet man das einfach, die Bettwäsche war der Jahreszeit nicht angemessen – es gab nur ein Laken mit einer einfachen Decke und es waren von den sechs Betten auch nur zwei bezogen, obwohl sich drei Personen angemeldet hatten.
