About this villa rental
The View is a newly refurbished cottage with air conditioning and breathtaking sea views. The entrance opens onto a garden with a beautiful manicured lawn, a small spice garden, and an outdoor shower and side table both in Roman travertine. Upon entering the house you will find a large living room with two sofa beds (one and two squares respectively), a dining table and a bookcase. Next to a fully equipped travertine kitchen. The bathroom with shower is also newly renovated in Roman travertine. With
overlooking the garden you will find the bedroom, with a comfortable double bed, a large built-in wardrobe and a bookcase. From the lounge, a large glass door opens onto two terraces: the first ideal for
lunches and dinners on hot summer days, the second, equipped with a comfortable sitting area
outside, to relax and enjoy the extraordinary views of the sea and the Mediterranean scrub.
Inside the Capo Blu Village on a breezy hill just one kilometer from the sea, The View is your ideal holiday home to enjoy the beauty of southern Sardinia. Just 45 minutes by car from Cagliari Elmas airport, The View is just 4km from the 20km chain of Chia and Tuarredda beaches, and is ideally positioned to venture into the rest of the island's southern coast. When you prefer a break from the beach, a short walk of 200m will take you to the swimming pools (one large and one small for children, open from mid-June to mid-September), tennis courts (10 euros per hour, we provide rackets and balls to play) and soccer, or at the Capo Blu playground.

An unforgettable stay!The apartment was impeccable when we arrived - impeccably clean. Very well equipped, nothing was missing to feel at home. The view from the accommodation is simply beautiful, a real pleasure every morning! And what about the location... a stone's throw from the most beautiful beaches of Chia, it was ideal to fully enjoy the region. Thanks again to Enrique for his availability and welcome.

Enrique is very thoughtful and responsive hostess. The place is very nice with the stunning views of the mountains and the sea. Everything was wonderful. Many places to visit and restaurants to go around. Every recommendation he provided was a spot on. I would highly recommend his place. Thank you!

We have never arrived at a holiday destination to find that it is 10x bigger, better and more beautiful than we had imagined - the website photos really do not do it justice - this Apartment is a little piece of heaven. We enjoyed 11 glorious nights at Enrique’s place and loved every minute. It is a wild ride up the hillside and a steep walk down and a car is definitely a plus. The beaches are stunning although a little further away than we thought but this did not detract from our holiday although without a car we might have missed the best bits. Thank you Enrique for hosting us - thank you. Gio & John (UK)
