The two family house ,Villa Chia is ideal for your holidays, a few meters from the beach, surrounded by a park of Mediterranean maquis; divided into two detached villas with independent entrances. Ideal for families, but also for groups of friends, as a good retreat for an artist who is inspired, in the wonderful atmosphere of Chia.All the essential services such as: market, bar, newsstand, restaurants, are easily reachable in a few minutes. For the evening there are many restaurants on the coast where you can taste good fresh fish, or excellent local dishes on the beach. Every evening, the Chia laguna Resort ,offers a variety of daily shows, in the square with free entry, where you can taste excellent aperitifs, ice cream enjoying the shows 15 kilometers away there is Pula, in fact you can visit the beautiful ruins of Nora (Roman city) which are the backdrop to a clear sea.Pula offers in the historical center many attractions and shows in the square every day, the shops during the summer season remain open until 24. Not far away (about 1.5 km 5 minutes by car ) you can reach the other beautiful beaches of Campana, the dunes, Su giudeu Capo spartivento, Cala Cipolla and finally the beautiful beach of Tuerredda.

The beach near the houses has the colors and transparencies of the famous Chia beach ... beautiful in the early morning or in the evening at sunset; long walks towards the tower or the lagoon of the flamingos, with the feet immersed in the water and on the face the colors and the scents of the sea.
Near the house, about 200 meters there are the main services, bars, tobacconists, two markets, two pizzerias and restaurants and the square of "Chia Resort that offers a variety of daily shows, in the square with free admission, where you can taste excellent aperitifs, ice creams enjoying the shows
Not much further (about 1.5 km) you can reach the other beautiful beaches: CAMPANA, LE DUNE, SU GIUDEU, CAPO SPARTIVENTO, CALA CIPOLLA. And finally, a five minute drive to the beautiful beach of Tuerredda.
The locality of Pula is 8 km away, renowned not only for its beaches but also for its ruins, in fact you can visit the splendid ruins of Nora (Roman city) that are the background to a very clear sea. Lovely apartment. Garden, and rooms are as pictured. The location is good, but not 5 minutes from the beach - perhaps 8-10 minutes. A few more plates and glasses would be good (five beds, but only one wine glass and exactly five plates...). Otherwise the apartment is very well equipped.
