The beautifully finished home is laid out on a single level: it consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a large stone shower, a kitchen-living room with 1 daybed, and a covered veranda with a spectacular panoramic view, fully equipped for al fresco dining, overlooking the Chia sea, and a garden with a view that stretches from the greenery to the colors of the Chia sea!
At the back of the house is a convenient backyard, perfect for hanging laundry.
The house can accommodate three people and, if needed, an additional child. It’s ideal for a family with a child, a couple, or 2 or 3 friends. The layout of the beds allows for various possible arrangements for guests, depending on the house’s capacity…
The house has its own parking space and a private entrance; it is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, an oven, a microwave, 4G Wi-Fi, and a safe that can accommodate a 15-inch laptop. Baby equipment, including a crib and high chair, is available upon request.
