Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a spacious, well located place where we spent a week. The property manager was easy to deal with. The place was clean though some of the finishes, especially in the bathrooms, could use a refresh. Would recommend overall and would rent again.

We had a great stay at the Sea'battical. Great location overlooking the ocean and convenient for all parts of SoCal. Would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While stubbs indicated the condo was dated, what disappointed us was how dirty the condo was. The plates, dishes, silverware, and pots/pans were greasy and full of stains. There was also limited funcitonal utensils. Also a window shade was broken, a closet door was broken, a shower head and drain were broken. I will say that stubbs was resonsive and addressed all of the broken features. The view is gorgeous. The grounds of the complex are nice and no complaints about location.
