Spend your days with family and friends swimming in the sparkling Pacific Ocean, accessed by our community’s private staircase just steps from our front door, or lounge poolside at one of our four pools, two of which have stunning panoramic views overlooking the ocean! Afterwards rinse off on your private patio with the outdoor shower and enjoy an evening BBQ just off our open concept living room and kitchen, complete with an electric fireplace and candles for romantic ambiance and cozy nights in.
Our brand new construction building was completed in 2024 with quality materials and safety features. Fully stocked with all the essentials to make your stay feel like home away from home, we have it all, from cookware and pantry staples, BBQ tools, fresh towels and linens, beach towels and beach toys, toiletries, throw blankets, fun board games and card games, Pack n Play, Baby gate, children's books, and more, we’d like to think we have thought of it all!
Our kitchen boasts all new appliances and a lovely island for your family and friends to gather around while preparing fresh coastal cuisine.
Only the best of the best allowed here! Our bedrooms have fine furnishings from Pottery Barn, high end linens, and 5-star rated kind-size mattresses. We believe having these quality items makes a tremendous difference for your vacation. Spacious walk in closets allow you to store your belongings out of site so you can enjoy the tranquility of our place.
WALK TO ALL! We are walking distance to the Del Mar Fair Grounds, which hosts an endless amount of exciting events such as The San Diego Fair, Horse Races, Concerts and music festivals, the Gem Faire, Beer and Wine Festivals, and much more. There are a number of incredible restaurants close by and some of the best shopping all within walking distance.
We are home to some of the best surf spots, such as Swami's, Beacon's, Black's Beach, and Lower Trestles. We are a short drive to attractions such as The ZOO, SEA WORLD, LEGOLAND, THE SAFARI PARK, CARLSBAD FLOWER FIELDS, DISNEYLAND, KNOTT'S BERRY FARM, and more.
Our community has FOUR POOLS, TWO SPAS, a GYM, PICKLEBALL and TENNIS COURTS, PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS, and CLUBHOUSE for viewing dolphins and sunsets every day.

The communication is great. We got help installing the baby gates the same day after chatting with the host which is helpful. The heated pool and hot tub are so close by the property which is a great place to end the day. We also used the tennis court everyday. They are in excellent condition. The time for use is from 9am to 7pm which is quite late for early risers. But totally understandable since it is surrounded by residential units. Overall, highly recommend.

We enjoyed a week stay at this beautiful property. Top reasons for a five star review: incredibly clean property, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, clean and uncrowded beach on property, many spots to enjoy a beautiful sunset, and great communication by the property owner.

Home was well appointed with all your needs, 120 steps down to beach and it is worth every one of them. Home is located well to visit all of San Diego county. Great community patio to admire the sunset each evening!
