This is a GREAT vacation rental! Our 2 story with stairs unit is very up-to-date, remodeled with a gorgeous kitchen, sizable outdoor patio and balcony area to relax in. Also it is just steps from the beach! Each bedroom is nicely furnished for your comfort. 1 California King in the Master, 1 Queen in secondary bedroom, and 2 single beds that can sleep 2 in another room. Enjoy the amenities that SEASCAPE SUR has to offer including 2 heated pools, a spa/Jacuzzi, sauna, adult lounge and tennis courts. BBQ Grill on patio, and if tank is empty we will reimburse you to fill it. Whether you are vacationing from out of town or selecting this as your 'stay-cation' destination, making this choice will guarantee an AMAZING time!

Tour The Cedros Street Design District where you can stroll and enjoy shopping, restaurants and wine tasting! Walk 2 blocks to Fletcher Cove, or Dog Beach where you can enjoy a good game of volleyball or just people watch! Fletcher Cove has a nice playground for your youngsters or just those of us that think we are still young! The Sprinter train is just a block away and Torrey Pines is one of the best hikes to take in a beautiful view of the ocean, just 2 blocks to your south! Don't forget to visit all the wonderful museums or an organ concert at Balboa Park, The San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and Legoland. A short drive north will take you to San Diego Safari Park, wine country in Temecula or Universal Studios in LA. We had an amazing time in Solana Beach! The location is perfect, we were close the beach and a ton of restaurants. The views were great and the amenities on the property were easily accessible and fun!

The community was nice and have no complaints overall. The first day we were there it was hot day and the upstairs was warm when we checked in. We were surprised there wasn't any AC. We opened windows and it was cool by bedtime and wasn't an issue for the rest of the stay.

My family and I have been coming to Solana Beach for several years now and this was our first stay at this particular property. We were so impressed! The property is spacious, clean, and updated. It's stocked with just about everything - whether it was for cooking dinner in (fully equipped kitchen) or for a day at the beach (lots of chairs, toys, boogie boards, etc.), we had what we needed.The property's parking garage was easily accessible and provided plenty of parking (2 connected spaces) for our large SUV. Bonus: the walk from the parking garage to the unit was quite short.Warren was very pleasant to work with. He went out of his way to ensure we were well taken care of and that the property met our needs and expectations (it did!). I fully recommend this property. Thank you Warren for helping make our family vacation a success! We look forward to coming back for many years to come (as long as you'll have us :) ...
