About this house rental
The unit is located in the Solana Beach and Tennis Club Beach complex. Bedrooms feature king-size beds in the two bottom bedrooms with 2 full baths, 4 full-size bunk beds in the large kids room on the top floor with its own bathroom. Complex has pools, 2 spa/jacuzzi, 4 tennis courts, ping pong and pool table. The complex has a fully stocked kitchen with washer and dryer. Dining table seats 12 people. Unit also provides 4 boogie boards, 8 beach towels, 8 beach chairs, 2 umbrella, and many other beach stuff. There is two assigned parking space in the secured garage parking. Cedro district, Del Mar Race Track, Fletcher Cove and Dog Beach are all walking distance. Lots of shops and restaurant around the area that are all walking distance

Wonderful property sitting right next to the beach. Spacious, clean and everything we needed for the beach. Well stocked kitchen. Had an absolute blast and would not hesitate to stay here again. Communication was prompt with clear instructions for everything. Thank you for everything.

This condo has the perfect location for accessibility to the beach, restaurants within walking distance, and access to a pool that is clean, uncrowded, and very pleasant. Our grandchildren, son and his wife, and my wife and I had a thoroughly enjoyable week. Check-in and check-out was very streamlined, with keyless entry, and Mimi responded instantly to questions. Beds are comfortable, condo is in a quiet location. It is well-stocked with beach toys and wagon, lifejackets for the kids, games, etc. Kids loved the foosball table! Thank you, Mimi, for providing us with priceless memories of our stay near San Diego.

Great place…Host was quick to respond in replacing coffee maker after failure. Access to beach was awesome. Very clean bathrooms throughout the house. Highly recommend this place.

Host was very accommodating, the place had lots of beds and could handle a lot of guests. The association has a nice view of the ocean with stairs down to the beach. Not a lot of natural light in the condo, but fortunately there is good lighting in each room. Lots of beach equipment, toys, games, etc. Fun stay!
