Due to a recent orthopedic surgery, my wife could not handle the stairs to reach our rental unit. Management accommodated our needs and upgraded us to an alternate unit with elevator access that had the most glorious beach and ocean view! Thanks to Kevin and team we were able to enjoy our grandchildren plus glorious sunsets.

Our 7 nights here were amazing. So low key and relaxing. The condo is wonderful, with views on 3 sides (the sunset ocean view is over rooftops, but it was gorgeous from the living room and the deck). Kitchen is well-stocked. Peaceful community. Contemporary furnishings. Management company is responsive. You could really LIVE here.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stubbs Real Estate made this a super fantastic vacation. Check in and out were easy, lots of info given up front so we knew what to expect. The location was perfect- less than a mile walk to great restaurants, the train station, and beautiful ocean views. Would stay here again.
