The property was great, as described and pictured. Proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shops were all within walkable distance to the unit. Underground parking was convenient and accessible. The grounds and amenities are well maintained. Other than a few glitches when checking in, Carlos and Sylvia were helpful and responded promptly. Improvement to note: Since there was no key pad to enter code for entrance gate as stated in the instructions and you needed a garage door opener to gain entrance through the gate, instructions need to be given on how to gain entrance to the property. We look forward to our next visit and would highly recommend this property!

This was a beautiful property, in a safe gated community with swimming pools, tennis courts and beach access on the cliffs of Solana Beach. The home was clean, super comfortable with amazing beach views. The owner was very responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Upon arriving, there were a few treats, fresh flowers and a welcome note. Such a personal touch! The location - Solana Beach - was gorgeous with many walkable shops and restaurants. Both the pool and beach are virtually in your backyard. The condo itself is stylish and was immaculate - cleanliness is a top priority for me and I was not disappointed. I was surprised we could see the ocean from the living room and I enjoyed coffee there every morning. Finally, the owner of the property was quick to respond and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this property!
