Pacific Perch has spacious rooms and a very good floor plan, that includes spacious open kitchen, dining, and living area. The 2 bedrooms are down a long hall that allows for privacy for both rooms. The views of the Pacifc are excellent ! Location of this condo in the complex is also quite good close toParking garage and also close to steps down to the beach. Additionally, it’s in walkable area Ro shops and restaurants in Solana Beach. Only negative is ice maker not working and there is cluster of cables and cords over to one side of living room, with that said we would definitely come back to this condo. Also, Stubbs is very easy and pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Look forward to coming back !

We spent a week in Unit #115. The unit is way below the standard one would expect. Carpets dirty, blinds broken, plumbing coming apart, furniture ripped from pets perhaps etc. Our Stubbs representative confirmed that the owners were aware of the problems previously. A terrific property location we would use again. Not this unit. We toured other rentals in substantially better shape!
