Beautiful spacious condo overlooking the ocean in all bedrooms. Dining room and living room. Kitchen was fully equipped with cookware and updated appliances. Grounds very clean and amenities of dual hottubs and pools; serene garden with poi pond. No AC but not needed with the ceiling fans and cool ocean breeze flows in nicely. A few things to improve: dusting needed, hot water in master shower did not get warm, toilet in master bathroom was loose. Would these minor touch ups would definitely stay again.

For the price it was expected. Beds super hard and place in need of some simple upgrades that would make the vacation a little more enjoyable like a new coffee maker but again for the price. I would spend another $50-75/night for better amenities from owner. Stubbs Realty was great and super easy to work with. Felt taken care of and that they wanted to do whatever they could to make our stay a good one. Thank you!
