You will enjoy the animation of the Côte d'Azur, the pleasures of the beach, restaurants, museums, shopping or sporting activities, then return, at the end of a day full of discoveries, to a haven of greenery and peace. Unique house with many things to do including ping pong, billiards, piano, swimming pool. A lot of outdoor space surrounding the property. The drive up and down the hill to get to the property was a bit challenging for those of us not used to the narrow local winding roads. Within a 25 minute drive of niece, Monaco and several very nice beaches. The house were very nice and responsive to our questions/needs.The only downside was that the only toilet is located downstairs while the three bedrooms are upstairs.

nice location, very quite, children loved the ping pong table and other games. Close to Nice, Monaco... . Only advice: airco in the bedrooms would have been appreciated. But we helped ourselves with the fans, and that worked out as well

We had 5 nights here, not long enough! Jean-Louis and Fabienne were very helpful and friendly. The house has a quirky layout, but was very clean and spacious. The outside is great with plenty of seating, the pool is refreshing after hot day and our son enjoyed playing the piano. There is noise from the motorway which was more noticeable in the mornings. The narrow, twisty roads are not for the fainthearted and the hire car was a little too big, but there is also a toll motorway if you want to get somewhere quickly rather than doing the scenic route. We enjoyed Menton, Eze, Monaco and Villefranche and went back to Nice to visit the Matisse museum. We would love to come back to the area, it's really beautiful.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful house in La Trinité. Our kids thanked us several times for finding the best ever holiday home. They loved the annex with table football, a piano, and billiard table. The swimming pool was the perfect size for them and not to deep (1.1m). The garden is lovely and has a fence all around, which keeps the wild boars out (they did pass by every evening, which was a lovely sight) and the kids in! The beds are comfortable and the bedroom windows have good mosquito screens. Mr. and Mrs. Lemaire are welcoming and very responsive hosts. Spectacular beaches can be reached within a 20 minutes drive. The road to the house is a bit challenging, especially since we are Dutch and not used to passing cars on narrow mountain roads, but that's part of the experience. We definitely recommend this place!

We stayed for 10 nights and it was perfect. The house is completely secluded, no neighbours anywhere. It has great views of the mountains and a really tranquil atmosphere. The pool was enough for our kids and the foosball was fun for us. The piano was a nice touch - we played a lot. It's close to the beaches. The roads are narrow, but they're narrow anywhere in Cote dAzur. The hosts were great. Overall fantastic and would stay again.

Wonderful house with a lot of character and offering all comfort. The yard is also very beautiful and we particularly enjoyed the pool. A car is indispensable but we took the advantage to visit the area (Nice, Monte-Carlo, Cannes are really close). Thanks a lot to the owners for their hospitality. A really great place for a summer break.
