Unique house with many things to do including ping pong, billiards, piano, swimming pool. A lot of outdoor space surrounding the property. The drive up and down the hill to get to the property was a bit challenging for those of us not used to the narrow local winding roads. Within a 25 minute drive of niece, Monaco and several very nice beaches. The house were very nice and responsive to our questions/needs.The only downside was that the only toilet is located downstairs while the three bedrooms are upstairs.

nice location, very quite, children loved the ping pong table and other games. Close to Nice, Monaco... .
Only advice: airco in the bedrooms would have been appreciated. But we helped ourselves with the fans, and that worked out as well
