Clean comfortable suite sleeps 5 adults with two Comfortable king size beds plus a double sofa bed! Private patio with full size hot tub and BBQ. Take a stroll along the property’s 200-foot boardwalk and dock to immerse yourself in the ocean’s sights and sounds. Borrow a crab trap and try your luck off the dock! October to March is when big Dungeness crab are most plentiful and the crabbing in Sooke harbour year round is fantastic! Take a kayak out for a leisurely paddle. Bring your boat? We have over 200ft of dock space! Sit on the terrace and star gaze or play a game of bocci ball together. Seascape Inn is a small boutique hotel situated on the Sooke Inlet just a kilometre from Sooke town centre.

This unit sits at the back of the property NO OCEAN VIEW from the cottage itself but full access to the dock, boardwalk, terrace and ocean front property. Located on Sooke rd so traffic noise may be heard. ***Note: The dock, boardwalk, and beach are accessed via SEVERAL STAIRS, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges.*

The property features five private units, each with its own entrance and outdoor space, ensuring a peaceful and independent stay. Shared amenities include the parking lot, a large private dock, direct beach access, and a scenic oceanfront terrace with a grassy area perfect for relaxation. A communal laundry facility is available for guest use from 9 AM to 7 PM.
Adventure awaits with two complimentary kayaks (first-come, first-served) for exploring Sooke Harbour’s tranquil waters. Guests can also try their hand at crabbing with provided crab traps, offering a true coastal experience. October to March is prime season for catching abundant Dungeness crab right off the dock crabbing is fantastic in the Sooke Harbour year-round!

The Hot tub could have been a little hotter, but everything else was amazing great cottage spacious clean attractive everything available from coffee, salt and pepper, olive oil , Spices, crockery, pots and pans, glasses for inside and hot tub, BBQ, Air fryer. Great location great communial patio, kayaks straight off own pier. would highly recommend this VRBO excellent

Lovely property and great location, super clean and great amentities! I do however find the property listing to be inaccurate and misleading!! Please note this is NOT an oceanfront property. It does state this in the listing but not until the very end, and if you’re anything like me you’ve already pressed the button to book before seeing that tiny line at the end! The dock and garden area are lovely but again are NOT private as the listing states, they are shared between the other lodgings on the property, for us this was a little awkward as when we wanted some chill out time and there were others on the deck we didn’t feel as though we could use the space aswell
