This apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, in an unbeatable location, in the heart of Preciados street, it is an exterior apartment.
It is small but modern and on Calle Preciados between Callao and Puerta del Sol: THE MOST CENTRAL LOCATION OF THE CAPITAL.
With capacity for up to 4 people, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a building located on a pedestrian street with an elevator. Despite this, you will have to go down the stairs, because the elevator stops on the 3rd floor. In such a way that you will have to go down to the apartment or go up the stairs. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation. You will have to deal with some stairs.
It is divided into a living-dining room area with modern decoration and a double sofa bed, an open equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed.
In addition, it has a bathroom.

Highly secure apartment in the middle of Madrid close to shopping, museums, tapa (Tapa Tapa and Gran Clavel our favourites), Puerta del Sol and Royal Palace. Spacious and very clean with all amenities needed and great balconies onto the street. Management very easy to deal with and ease of access to building and apartment. Highly recommended!
