Oma's Küche & Quartier ist sehr speziell und individuell.

Das Frühstück wurde entsprechend Vorabstimmung am Tisch serviert. Zusätzlich wurden Extrawünsche sehr freundlich umgesetzt.

Unser Zimmer hatte vermutlich bedingt durch die Raumaufteilung, ( Dachschräge), keinen Spiegel. Kosmetikspiegel ja. Ansonsten Dusch und Badewanne!!! perfekt

Die Größe des Appartments war gut und entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Auch die Parkmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe war toll.

Es wurde laut Hotelbeschreibung viel mehr versprochen. Das Hotel lag direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße. Man konnte kein Fenster öffnen ohne den Küchengeruch und die entsprechenden Gerüche im Zimmer zu haben. Das Frühstück konnte man zwar wählen, aber an beiden Tagen war es nicht entsprechend- einmal komplett falsch, einmal nur für eine Person. Insgesamt wirkte das Ambiente sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wenig einladend.

Schön dekoriert, das meiste Personal war auch sehr nett und sympathisch.

Zimmer unordentlich, Kabel überall, Kühlschrank ohne Funktion, Türen und Wände abgesplittert, schon in die Jahre gekommen und nicht repariert.

Kleines süßes extravagantes Hotel

Das Personal ist uneingeschränkt Klasse 👍an dieser Stelle ein großes Dankeschön an Euch 😍.Ein lustiges Team,die auf Zack sind und jede Menge Humor haben( ich sag nur Mustang aus Berlin).Wie haben uns von erster Minute an wohl gefühlt.Das Zimmer war toll eingerichtet und sehr sauber!Auch wenn es kein Frühstücksbuffet gibt, ließ es keine Wünsche offen.

Dies ist keine Negativbewertung,sondern nur eine Feststellung,die auch nicht geändert werden kann...es ist schade,das das Hotel an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße liegt und somit die Zimmer zu dieser Seite schon enorm dem Lärm ausgeliefert sind 😕.

Jeder Zeit wieder

Das gesamte Hotel inkl. Außengelände ist äuerst orginell und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Das Frühstück am Platz servierend war reichhaltig und geschmacklich sehr gut. Die Lage vom Parkplatz ist von der Entfernung zum Hotel her optimal. Fußläufig ist man schnell am Strand oder im Zentrum.

Die Preise im Restaurant passen sich den Preisen in Binz an. Günstig essen gehen ist an der Ostsee zumindest in den größeren Hotspots schwer möglich.

Sehr enttäuscht

Die sehr gute Lage

Das man ankommt, keiner am Empfang ist, hat vorher telefonisch und online sich schon angemeldet und alles kein Problem ist, von einer überforderten und in diesen Moment sehr unfreundlichen Bedienung zur leeren Rezeption zum warten geschickt wird. Ist ja nicht das Problem, aber dann ewig da stehen muss und wartet, bis die Dame dann endlich Zeit hat, da Sie eigtl keine Zeit für uns hat. Dann wurden wir aber nett begrüßt und zu unserer eigtl Suite gebracht. Beim betreten kam uns ein unfasbarer muffiger Geruch entgegen der uns die 4 Tage dauerhaft begleitet hat, trotz unseres dauerhaften lüften. Im großen und ganzen ist es schon in die Jahre gekommen, die Duschabdichtungen waren schimmelig und am Bett gab es nur für eine Person eine Steckdose, ja wir mögen jeder eine. Im Schlafzimmer schaute aus der Wand Kabel raus, warum wird sowas nicht weg gemacht. Für das Geld war es nicht gut. Würde den lang ersehnten Urlaub dort nicht wieder verbringen. Vor unsere Tür wurde etwas verschüttet, riesen Pfütze, roch nach Bier, bin zur Rezeption und hab das einfach so gesagt und wurde gesagt, ok gut wir machen das weg, aber nein die war am nächsten Morgen immer noch vor unserer Tür, da stand der große Schrank mit Wechselwäsche, vlt ist da jemanden was runter gefallen, ist kein Problem, aber dann kann das wenn man es auch noch sagt auch weg machen, da es auch nicht gut gerochen hat. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch eine sehr nette Bedienung, sie war aber nur früh vor Ort, wurde alles an den Tisch gebracht und gefragt was man haben möchte, alles frisch, aber wurde nur einmal gefragt und man mußte selbst die Bedienung suchen und nachbestellen, gab ja kein Buffet, ist ja nicht schlimm aber nicht für den Preis. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von der stellenweise Unfreundlichkeit , woran es lag wissen wir nicht, gesagt haben wir aber nichts dazu und beschwert auch nicht, denn wir hatten Urlaub, den lang ersehnten und da möchten wir sowas nicht.

Tolle Unterkunft mit super Zimmern und leckerem Essen

Die Zimmer sind nach Themen eingerichtet und dekoriert, eins schöner als das andere.. Es ist alles super sauber und das Personal ist mega sympathisch und mit ganz viel Humor. Wir haben uns hier gleich wohlgefühlt und waren hellauf begeistert. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Alles frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker. Drinnen gibt es viele verschiedene Themenzimmer, in denen es immer was zu entdecken gibt. Das Frühstück wird am Tisch serviert. Klein aber fein mit toller Auswahl und frischem Obst und Gemüse. Die Lage in Binz ist gut.. mit ein paar Minuten laufen, ist man am Strand oder auch am Schmachter See. Man hat einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Das war nicht das erste Mal, dass wir dort waren und sicher nicht das letztes Mal.

Da Omas Quartier direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt, hört man auch nachts Autos

Gespielte Freundlichkeit gepaart mit Oberflächlichkeit

Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet und sehr großzügig geschnitten, das Bad ist ebenfalls sehr groß, die Betten für zwei Personen bestens geeignet. Auf Wünsche wird versucht einzugehen.

Das Frühstück wird einerseits liebevoll zubereitet, andererseits ist die Qualität nicht so gut und durch das Servieren am Platz (kein Buffet) schwierig mit der Menge. Die Lage an der Hauptstraße gegenüber einer Tankstelle unschön. Die hier oft zitierte Freundlichkeit des Personals wirkt auf mich oberflächlich und aufgesetzt, das Restaurant ist im letzten Jahr negativ aufgefallen mit einem provozierenden Schild vor der Tür (welches jeden Tag demonstrativ erneut aufgestellt wird), hier gäbe es „Zigeunerschnitzel und Negerkuss“ (nachzulesen in Internet Zeitungen), was mich sehr nachdenklich gestimmt hat. Negativ Schlagzeilen sind natürlich auch eine Form der Werbung, aber innerhalb des Tourismusbereichs, welcher von Diversität partizipiert, ein völliges ˋno go ˋ , hätte ich das vorher gewusst, hätte ich einen großen Bogen um dieses Quartier gemacht!!

Traum Hotel/Restaurant mit super spezieller Crew !!!

So etwas bezauberndes haben wir noch nie erlebt . Dieses Hotel nimmt einen sofort mit seinem speziellen Charme gefangen . Das Personal war mehr als freundlich und das obwohl ständig sehr viele Gäste anwesend waren. Die Zimmer , wir waren im Hollywood, unsagbar schön und speziell… eine absolute Augenweide mit Gespür fürs Detail. Das Frühstück liebevoll und abwechslungsreich zubereitet , es gab immer auf Wunsch auch Nachschlag , egal ob Kaffee oder Ei oder was auch immer .

Nicht gefallen hat uns : Wir waren definitiv zu kurz in diesem Hotel . 3 Nächte waren so schnell vorüber , wir werden das Ambiente sehr vermissen!

Das gemütliche Zimmer mit dem Namen „ Kabine“, was mit viel Phantasie an eine Schiffskabine erinnert hat und sehr geräumig war!

Die furchtbare Lage. Inmitten von Tankstelle, Lidl, Netto und anderen Einkaufszentren. Leider war das aus der Hotelbeschreibung so nicht abzuleiten, sonst hätten wir es nicht gebucht. Es ist also weit und breit nichts von der Ostsee zu sehen, aber man kann in gut 5 Minuten selbige genießen! Wichtig ist, es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl! Für uns war das okay, aber wer nicht mehr so bei Kräften ist, hat dann ein Problem. Alles in allem waren wir ohnehin den ganzen Tag unterwegs und hatten eine schöne Zeit! Jedoch würden wir das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen. Für den Preis der Unterkunft, einem immer gleichen Frühstück ( die Eierspeisen waren super 👍) und die horrenden Preise im dazugehörigen Restaurant bekommt man tatsächlich auch ein nettes Hotel in erster oder zweiter Reihe. Villa Neander zum Beispiel und einiges mehr! Wir haben uns einfach von den Bildern der Themenzimmer inspirieren lassen und deshalb diese Wahl getroffen. Zu erwähnen ist jedoch das stets freundliche und kompetente Personal. Besonders das Team der Frühstücksrunde war wirklich zauberhaft und hat sich um unser Wohl gesorgt 👍! Danke dafür!!!!!

Gerne wieder.

Uns hat das Ambiente sehr gut gefallen,alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir waren 3 Nächte dort und hatten bei jeder Mahlzeit einen anderen Raum, so dass wir alle themenraume sehen konnten. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und reichhaltig und das Abendessen sowieso.

Zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad. Vor allem in der Dusche.

Wir kommen schon seit vielen Jahren regelmäßig nach Binz und es ist immer wieder schön.

Die Lage ist gut. Das Frühstück super und das Personal sehr freundlich und familiär. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl, fast wie zu Hause. Zum Strand und zur Promenade sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten. Die Gaststätte sehr kultig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet genau wie die Apartments. Immer einen Besuch wert.

Die Zimmer heizen sich bei Sonnenschein ganz schön auf. Vielleicht wären Verdunklungsrollos eine Alternative.

Rundum zufrieden

Das Frühstück sowie jede Mahlzeit war sehr gut, besonders Opa´s Windbeutel sind einfach spitzenmäßig. Es wird auf jeden zusätzlichen Wunsch eingegangen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr gemütlich.

Ich kann nicht sagen, dass mir irgendetwas nicht gefallen hat.
