The most excellent hotel in a beuatiful location - with a great professional team in all departments

This is an exceptional hotel. It has absolutely every facility one might imagine. It was very busy, but still a quiet and pleasantly friendly place to stay. The location is adjacent the promenade alongside the beautiful beach and bay. The town is a delight and all within an easy walk. The choice of refreshments within the hotel is amazing, and within a few metres there is far more available. I can see why this is a truly popular resort! This hotel is one I can happily recommend.

As an Englishman, the only thing that I was lacking was a kettle in my room to make tea. There is simply nothing else that can be criticised, and that criticism is hardly a deal-breaker!

Pleasant

The location is awesome, right on the beach. Rooms are big, with somewhat smaller bathrooms. Breakfast is varied and plentiful.

The room gets really hot during the day and hardly cools down at all at night. Adding a ventilator in the rooms might help.The toilet was not clean when we checked in, and the soap dispenser in the shower was completely empty.

Friendly, clean and great views. I would definitely go again

My room was clean and very quiet, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was great and the staff was mostly very nice! You couldn't wishfor a better location!

The only problem was my bed. It was booked for a queen but there were two different sized mattresses overlapping on a box that was maybe a double size so that the only comfortable place was the middle but the mattresses met there so it wasn't exactly comfortable.

The hotel is located with stunning view of sea which was indeed a great part of this hotel; breakfast - super; and room was simply decorated the best. Also, the hotel had informed us the availability of Sauna and pool at free of cost but it was not possible as we were there for the short time. Surely, we plan another trip in the place next year's summer and enjoy all the facilities of the hotel.

Breakfast is a bit messy because there was no one who could explain if you can sit everywhere or so as well as your room number check when I asked about the table one of the waitresses she just disappeared and didn’t reply but promised though

Overall the price I paid for 2 people was not the worth for the room. Room was not having ng kettle or any tea. Most important for me is the curtains were so transparent that I used to get up at 5 once the sunrise occur. Particularly I dnt like this.

Everything was awesome, Location was just within walking distance from the main station. Breakfast was good. But a few options for Vegetarian or Vegan. The rooms were very tidy.

Location 👍 Direct sea/beach access, Sea view 👍 Reception Lady Yang, very friendly, helpful, assistive, flexibility The Arkona Bar with a historical Arkona Cruise Ship Picture (I did worked on that vessel mid 90th) Friendliness of the service crew breakfast 👍which is a asset to the hotel, especially under the Pandemic circumstances with split sittings. Garage car parking.

First impression, the Hotel is "RETRO fashioned" I did miss the portrait from Erich Honecker in the reception & public area. Matrace & pillow stuffing could be better. Mass hotel, big groups & bus tour tourists . Breakfast can be crowded (Tourist behaviour) (its not an Management issue)

staff was very friendly, especially helpful in the breakfast area and the location of the hotel is great;

pool was too cold the first day; room was still taken at 16:00; when I came in then with my key card I found other people’s travel items and they were still on their way. The room was only available around 17:30 after I had addressed the problem and they still had to clean it. It took a long time to check out at the reception; there are not enough computers and staff that work on them for that! The mattresses were not good, very soft and you could feel an upcoming spring.

The staff were fantastic! Everyone gave their best and more, but some stood out more than others. I must say the restaurant team were truly amazing! They hosted guests under Covid regulations with great professionalism! Nothing was too much and I’d like to commend Tanja especially, as well as Remi. The location… FANTASTIC! From the property to the beach was an easy 10 steps! A cool 5 min walk from the station and the indoor pool was a bonus with my son on the occasional rainy day. The sky bar on the hotel roof is a MUST!

The rooms are rather dated. I personally didn’t mind this, but it’s fair to let others know beforehand.

Several things to state here: room smelled like humid. All our clothes were smelling humid after staying here, some members of the staff were very unfriendly (reception desk + sauna), long waiting time in reception, this place is not value for money.

The location of the property is excellent, hardly 10m from beach. Staff is great and polite. It is quite big with lots of rooms. The second biggest attraction is skybar on the roof. It had very nice ambiance with live music and panorama overlooking the sea.

Fantastic location- right next to the beach. Good breakfast. Excellent staffs. The skybar is awesome.

The room felt like a very old one, toilets and bathrooms are not well cleaned. Bed wasn’t comfortable. No Air Conditioning in rooms, and it was scorching hot in afternoon. Didn’t give sufficient soaps, shampoos etc., found less than half filled soap bottle right on the first day when we entered, never been filled up afterwards..

Not worth the money and if you are booking it, don't keep your expectations high!

Only the location as it is next to the sea beach.

1. Breakfast has no veg options rather than fruits and cereals. 2. Welcome drink was only wine, no non alcoholic option. 3. Bathroom has only soap and shower cap. No other toiletries. 4. Bath robs are torn off and has holes. No maintenance. 5. No slippers as promised in the material list. 6. No tea / coffee maker in the room (which is a must for a ranked hotel) 6. Double bed has two single mattresses and nothing above them to hold them together. Not comfortable for a couple and it's a big disappointment. 7. Single pillows only and knowing the weather is already cold, single thin blankets really disappointing. And for double room also they had provided separate single thin blanket!! How can this be a holiday hotel, when they don't understand customers need from the roo booked? 8. DISAPPOINTING HOTEL FOR A HOLIDAY WHEN YOU WANT TO SPEND QUALITY TIME INSIDE YOUR ROOM WITH YOUR PARTNER.
