Great value for money in February

I liked that despite Arkona Hotel being closed due to the holidays, all services were replaced in another hotel. Spacious apartment near the sea.

I didn't like the textile headboard of the bed, it seems unhygienic to me.

Well-equipped studio room in a lovely resort.

Good facilities, well-positioned. The swimming pool was lovely and a godsend given the rain on our first day there.

Could have done with a brighter lighting option - the room is quite dark.

The location is great, close to the beach. Small garden to sit outside, you can use the swimming pool and sauna in the Arkona hotel.

No oven, everything else was equipped. The lighting in the room was a bit dark, the bed was not so comfortable. Parking with extra payment.

Superb

Smashing room with kitchenette and balcony. Great reception staff at the Arkona Strandhotel for check-in/out and any queries. Only one street back from the promenade and beach and very easy access to all types of eateries. Highly recommended.

A perfect stay although only for one night

Everything was perfect: pool, breakfast, proximity to the sea (literaly next to it), big room.

Spacious rooms. Sauna etc:- very good. Good selection at breakfast.

Reception was chaotic and we was given the wrong room on the ground floor, which turned out to be a room for people with dogs and my wife has asthma. We were unable to unpack until the next day when we were finally moved to the room we'd booked, without an apology. Very disappointing.

was sold as in front of the beach which is not true. is a separate building in the second line street that uses the restaurant facilities from the hotel in front and the spa from other hotels. when i booked was not explicitly explained that this was the case

Very friendly staff on reception. Good location not far from centre of Binz. Decent facilities in apartment and comfy bed. Very good value.

Very comfortable and nice place to stay in Binz. It's cheaper than Hotel and also you have an opportunity to use swimming pool in Rugard Strandhotel.

A good choice for staying in Binz

On the second row, very close to the beach. Good equipped kitchen. Spacious washing room. Smart tv with Netflix and Youtube.

No cooling wind coming from the air conditioner. Sometimes the room is too warm. Room service not very attentive. The couch bed a bit too hard.

I did not get the information that i would check in in another hotel. I booked a charger for EV, but it was a regular car standing there the whole time. The number one reason I choosed the garage was because of the EV charger

Lovely Experience

Had a great stay for a 3 day leisure trip. The staffs were super friendly, the room and bathroom were spacious and clean with a cute little balcony and kitchenette attached. Really convenient location, about 5 minute walk from Ostseebad Binz Station and a 2 minute walk from the beach.

We opted for breakfast on the last day which costed 20 Euros/person. The price seemed expensive compared to the choices.

Nice location, close to the beach and shopping etc, very central. There was a bed prepared with bedsheets and all for our baby which we did not ask for. So nice suprice.

I missed some information on where to get the keys on arrival. Did not know it was part of the hotel from across the street.

When you check in, they make you buy a “city pass” for each person. 2.90€ per person per day. They said we would need them around the city but no one ever checked them. Be prepared to pay a little extra upon arrival.

Nice room/apartment by beach

Nice clean, cute room/ kitchenette. Enough to cook a meal in. Nice balcony which was in the sun in the morning. The location is great for the town/beach) supermarkets. The beach is stunning.

Underground parking is nice but expensive at 15 euros.
