Amazing location and underground parking (a bit narrow entrance). Easy self check in in anytime (self check in automat). Great size and good quality room with small pool and sauna in the hotel. Staff was amazing and managed all the questions perfectly.

As we travelled by train the location close to the station was perfect for us. Really nice friendly resort.

No playground for young children - even in Binz for that matter! Apartments should have broom to clean up inevitable sand from the beach.

Exceptional

The room was spacious, clean and very modern. The swimming pool was small but with relatively warm and salty water. The sauna was great.

The breakfast was basic but not bad.

Excellent location and good quality apartment

Excellent location, right next to the train station, very close to the lake for a morning walk, and a few minutes walk from the beach. The apartment was in very good condition, it complies with what the photographs show. Breakfast is fine, they replenished things and everything looked good. Maybe they could add a little more pastry or some other variety of bread, and a little more variety of cheese and fruit, perhaps something with a local flavor. But it is only a suggestion. I recommend it.

We were unlucky that the elevator was broken during our stay and we were with a small baby and the stroller, but we only had to go up one floor.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Unterkunft und sehr freundliches Personal.

Leider gab es Ungeziefer (Papierfischchen) welches dem Personal jedoch schon bekannt war( ein Kammerjäger sollte kommen).

Alles richtig gemacht!

Wir hatten zu fünft plus Hund ein absolut tolles Apartment. Groß, geräumig und tip top sauber. Küche perfekt ausgestattet, es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Ein großes Bad und ein kleines Wc. Betten waren gut. Toll war die Wellness Anlage, der Pool ist der Hammer. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und kommen natürlich wieder.

Das Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend. Das Apartment war sehr geräumig und super ausgestattet. Unsere Kinder fanden den Pool Mega aber wir hatten ihn auch immer für uns allein allerdings war er recht kühl was meiner Tochter relativ egal war 🙂 das Frühstücksbuffet war ansprechend und ausreichend und eine gute Auswahl. Alles im allem war fast alles super.🙂

Leider fanden wir das Eltern Bett sehr sehr unbequem aber das ist immer eine individuelle Sache 🙂 sonst gab es Nix was uns nicht gefallen hat 🙂

Das super freundliche Personal. Und für die Kinder war der Indoor-Pool am tollsten. Wobei er auf den Fotos viel größer aussieht als er wirklich ist.

Ich persönlich fand das Bett nicht so bequem, aber für meinen Mann und die Kinder war es perfekt.

Tolle Unterkunft

Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption, hundefreundliches Hotel, zur Begrüßung gab es sogar Leckerlis für die 4 Beiner, schöne Zimmer und eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Der kleine Pool war vollkommen ausreichend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr freundliches Hotel mit sehr schönen Wohnungen inklusive kleinem Spa-Bereich. Nicht häufig findet man Ferienwohnungen, die so geschmackvoll und großzügig eingerichtet und zudem detailreich ausgestattet sind. Für Aufenthalte bei schlechtem Wetter perfekt! Hier würde ich immer wieder hinfahren für ein paar Tage Auszeit an der Ostsee.

Perfekte Mischung aus Hotel und Ferienwohnung direkt am Bahnhof in Binz

Sehr geräumiges Apartment mit richtig guter Ausstattung, nettem Personal und gutem Frühstück. Auch alles wunderbar sauber. Durch die Lage direkt am Bahnhof (trotzdem total leise) hat man eine prima Anbindung an den ÖPNV, falls man nicht mit dem Auto auf Rügen ist. Der kleine aber feine Pool hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen. :)

Man muss sich vorher überlegen, zu welcher Zeit man frühstücken möchte und hat einen festen Platz, da es wohl sonst in dem recht kleinen Frühstücksraum schnell zu voll wird. Das ist durchaus verständlich, jedoch ist man dadurch etwas unflexibler als man es im Urlaub gerne sein möchte. Für einen Babyhochstuhl im Apartment wurden 5 Euro pro Woche genommen. Das ist zwar nicht viel, jedoch habe ich das so das erste Mal erlebt. Leider ist man im Urlaub mit einem Kleinkind, das nun einmal nicht auf einem normalen Stuhl am Tisch sitzen kann, darauf angewiesen. Deshalb etwas schade, dass ausgerechnet hier ein Aufpreis verlangt wird.
