Excellent breakfast. 🙂

Breakfast was excellent. Sekt included 🙂. Room super clean. Good value for money given the location in Binz. I've read the comments about one room being on the small side but we were upgraded (assuming because it wasn't high season), and our room was perfectly nice. Staff were super friendly on arrival and departure (including a little dog) and we were given a tip for a nice walking route to catch the steam train. The room was super quiet too. Didn't hear another from the street or the hotel.

Our WiFi code didn't work after a couple of tries. We didn't report the problem because we spent the whole day outside, but I assume it might have been a mix up with our room change. I could see there was strong WiFi signal for the hotel. So not a big deal for us this visit.

there is no chance to part outside since it is strictly forbidden and allowed only to the owners. (but i think it is something special there and I do not mind) There are park-houses elsewhere and not even close to the hotel. we needed to pay extra for the parking place which belongs to the hotel. I think it is unfair and strange due to the circumstances.

Es war sehr schön dort, auch wenn wir selber wenig Zeit mitgebracht haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah am Strand von Binz. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, hochwertig eingerichtet und sauber. Es war kein Problem für das Hotel unsere geliebte Katze mitzubringen. Sie hat sich ebenso wohlgefühlt wie wir und wollte gar nicht mehr gehen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich gewesen.

Etwas weniger Gäste im Frühstücksraum zur gleichen Zeit.

Schöner Kurzaufenthalt

Das Gästehaus befindet sich auf der Rückseite der Villa Schwanebeck und verfügt über gemütliche Zimmer. Die Zimmer werden auf Wunsch gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und vielfältig mit allem, was man sich wünscht. Nach wenigen Metern ist man bereits am Strand.

Keine Kritik, nur ein Hinweis für Technikbegeisterte: das WLAN reichte bei mir nicht bis ins Zimmer und der Fernseher zeigte erst nach vielen Versuchen Bild UND Ton. Beides hat mich persönlich nicht gestört.

Es war ein traumhafte Erfahrung, ich komme bestimmt wieder vorbei. Die Freundliche Dame am Telefon die super freundliche Gastgeberin und Mitarbeiterinnen beim Frühstück und Auschecken, die Toplage, das Super Frühstück, besser gibt es nicht. Einfach eine wunderschöne Erfahrung.

Schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Lage ist top! Frühstück was sehr gut. Inhaber sind sehr freundlich.

Parkplatzsituation am Haus ist mangelhaft. Gebuchter Parkplatz wird von anderen Gästen belegt, was sehr ärgerlich ist. Parkplätze sind auch am Haus sehr eng. Ein Zentralparkplatz ist ca. 700m entfernt ungefähr.

Zimmer OK, Personal und Frühstück ein Traum

Sowohl das reichhaltige Frühstück und das überaus freundliche Personal waren das Highlight des Aufenthalts.

Lediglich schmales Doppelbett im Nebengebäude. Kurios war das Waschbecken außerhalb des Badezimmers.

MAL ORGANIZZATO MA OTTIMA POSIZIONE

La posizione dell'hotel è magnifica. La colazione ottima e davvero variegata. Gentilezza del personale della colazione e della reception.

La reception chiude, come scritto su Booking, alle 18. Siamo arrivati alle 17 e già era chiusa. Abbiamo chiesto informazioni al ristorante (come indicato alla reception) e il cameriere non ha saputo indicare neppure dove fosse l'ingresso della dépendance in cui avevamo la camera. Molto scortese. L'arrivo senza reception ha comportato grossi problemi anche per trovare e pagare il parcheggio, prontamente risolti dal ragazzo presente la mattina successiva. Ma in questo modo non abbiamo avuto le card per Binz in tempo utile e avuto grossi disagi con l'auto. Camera con un cattivo odore, molto polverosa e decisamente piccola. Abbiamo pagato tassa di soggiorno doppia anche avendo trascorso una sola notte.

Urlaub

Zentrale Lage, ruhig. Frühstück sehr gut. Es war für jeden etwas dabei. Das Restaurant ist auch zu empfehlen. Nicht weit vom Strand und vom Zentrum. Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Auch der Bahnhof ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten mit Bus und Bahn ebenfalls problemlos möglich. Gute Anbindungen. Alles in allem eine schöne Zeit.

Mooie kamer op 50 met van het strand en een zeer royaal ontbijt. Restaurant was ook prima.

Parkeren op een openbaar terrein, maar gelukkig konden we met de fietsen heen en weer. Verder alles prima.

Für insgesamt 131,-€ fand ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht korrekt.

Die Lage direkt in der Innenstadt, nahe der Promenade ist super. Das Frühstück ist günstig und reichhaltig. Parkplatz direkt am Haus auch klasse. Ausstattung teilmodernisiert.

Eingang über den Hinterhof. Im Haus über eine steile offene Holztreppe mit abgewetzten Teppichfliesen in den oberen Bereich. Ich hatte das Gefühl, es waren eigentlich Mitarbeiter Räume. Ein sehr niedriges Waschbecken direkt im Zimmer. Nur Toilette und Dusche extra.

Es war einfach eine schöne Zeit dort zu verbringen.

Der Empfang war sehr gut. Sie hatten für mich alles so organisiert, wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Es gibt ein sehr Frühstück, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die nähe zum Strand, sollte man nicht vergessen.

Herzlicher Service und super Lage für ein schönen Urlaub

Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang. Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet, auch außerhalb der Geschäftsszeiten Erreichbarkeit super. 2 Minuten Weg zum Strand, Frühstück reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Kleine Sauna zum Genießen. Das anliegende Restaurant bot abends hervorragende Gerichte.

Eines der freundlichsten Hotels in Binz

Perfekte Lage und sehr freundliches Personal. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und hatten aufgrund unserer zeitigen Ankunft sogar ein Zimmerupgrade. Was uns besonders gefallen hat war das Frühstück! Eine riesen Auswahl, alles frisch und mega lecker! Vielen lieben Dank!

Zwei Kleinigkeiten : *Die Rollos im Badezimmer sind leider zu schmal sodass das gegenüberliegende Gym beim trainieren den ein oder anderen Anblick genießen kann. (Wir haben es mit einem Handtuch gelöst) *die Terrasse des Personals, die genau neben unserer war, müsste evtl entweder blickdicht gemacht werden oder zumindest etwas aufgeräumt werden. Der dort stehende Einkaufswagen macht nicht den besten ersten Eindruck wenn man zum ersten mal auf die Terrasse kommt.

Wir hatten drei schöne Tage in Binz und fühlten uns im Hotel gut aufgehoben.

Kleines sauberes Hotel in sehr guter Lage (zum Meer 50 m). Das Personal ist freundlich und hat sich gut um unsere Belage gekümmert. Dafür noch einen besonderen Dank.

War nur kurz da, das gebuchte Strandhaus leider noch belegt, das Zimmer hinter der Küche mir persönlich zu laut. das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker, die Empfangsdame sehr freundlich und die Lage optimal zum Strand.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und das Personal ist unfassbar freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Frühstück ist sehr nachhaltig und bietet eine gute Auswahl.

Das Zimmer im Nebenhaus hat leider nicht ganz dem Standard der versprochen Bilder entsprochen. Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich sauber. Allerdings sollte auf die Entfernung von Spinnen und deren Spinnennetzen (an denen sich Staub gefangen hat) im Vorhinein geachtet werden.
