Very good location in Binz

Very good location in Binz and close to the beach, our room was also surprisingly bigger than we envisioned.

Nothing much to complain about, only that we saw beach sand on the couch, despite the fact that we waited till 3 pm to check in.

Big room. Big enough for 5 people. Very clean and with a lot of light. Breakfast was great. And the location was amazing! 2 minutes to the beach and restaurants. Very good restaurants mead the hotel.

Parking was not available but it's because we didn't book it in advance so can't blame anyone 😄

THe apartment was big, spacious clean and comfortable.

We booked for 6 people, and suppliance was for 4 people only. It was a bit difficult to use the plates, glasses etc.

The location is very nice, just 30 seconds from the promenade. The apartment is ok, it has all the basic things you need for your stay, even if you like to cook in. It was clean in the inside of the apartment. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The overall apartment is ok but it fees old. It seems like it’s in need of a renovation. The details are not necessarily wel taken care of. The balcony was not cleaned properly. There was a lot of poop from birds, which was not great.

Cozy and nice

The location is great, a 2-minutes walk to the beach, the room is big and is prepared with almost all the kitchen stuff, like a fridge, dining table, wine glass, washing detergent, etc.

I am not satisfied with the cleanness, it is kind of clean, but can be better.

Perfect Location! Wonderful Breakfast!

One block off the promenade and the beach. Close to everything. Breakfast was a block away and absolutely delicious! Binz is a fantastic town for couples and families. The apartment had everything we needed for a family of four. The bunk bed room is tiny, but we knew this going in. My older son slept on pullout couch which was fine and nice to have that option.

Location is good, short way to the beach. Spacious living room with kitchen and dining area. Nice breakfast served nearby in a restaurant. Parking also available.

The room was overprized compared to offers from other hotels and accomodations nearby. Especially the bathroom and bedrooms in the basement need to be renovated and upgraded.

Two small bedrooms make it comfortable for a small family, top floor has sea view, fully stocked kitchen big windows that let in nice light, and a balcony.

The building is dated, the bathrooms, floors, walls really need renovation. Although everything was clean, age and use are too visible and for the price point

The apartment was spacious, clean, and located very close to almost everything. Check in was easy and the reception staff was cordial and helpful. It was a very nice stay and we'd strongly consider returning here if we visited Binz again!

It would be nice for the apartment to have a freezer.

The location was very good, central, walkable from pier.

The bigger family room bathroom did not have the key. When you are staying with another family and kids that's a must. And after bringing this into reception's attention, we only got a sorry for that, with no other reaction whatsoever. Also the dishwasher was kaput and we got same reaction. We didn't find it worth the money we paid.

Eine schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Blicke auf das Meer. Aber Vorsicht vor versteckte Kosten (Kurtaxe)

Der einzige Makel war gewesen, dass man beim Check in noch einen sehr hohen Kurtaxe Betrag bezahlen muss. An sich nicht schlimm, allerdings hätte ich das bei der Buchung schon gerne gewusst, welcher Betrag dann auf mich zu kommt.

überaus angenehm

Super Team, entspannt und sogar witzig, Kommunikation und Absprachen funktionierten, die Möglichkeit einer späten Anreise war überaus hilfreich. Ansonsten war ich begeistert von dem Ort. Blick in zwei Richtungen, auch, an einem anderen Hotel vorbei, aufs Meer, und endlich mal nicht die muffige 90er-Jahre-Einrichtung, auf die man sonst überall an der Ostsee trifft und auch kein schnörkeliger Kitsch, sondern ein klares, modernes und angenehmes Design. Dazu eine hohe Decke, das Gefühl von Platz und Raum und Weite.

Das Frühstück fand ich durchweg hochwertig und breit gefächert, aber durchaus nicht außergewöhnlich. Im Zimmer steht ein hübscher großer Kühlschrank, sogar befüllt, er ist allerdings auch recht laut, wenn er anspringt. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche ist leider nur ausreichend.

Perfekt für einen Urlaub an der Ostsee

Sehr helle und geräumige Unterkunft. Die Lage in zweiter Strandreihe ist super. Das Frühstück im dazugehörigen Hotel ist sehr gut.

Im Frühstücksraum geht es, insbesondere im Buffett-Bereich sehr eng zu. Kleine Kaffeekännchen auf den Tischen, würden die Schlangen an den beiden Kaffeeautomaten verkürzen.

Locatie dichtbij de zee en boulevard. Grootte van het appartement was ook fijn. Ontbijt (lekker en compleet) kon bij het hotel iets verderop in de straat

Voor 400 euro per nacht mag je wel dagelijks standaard handdoeken vervangen in plaats van dat je erom moet vragen. Iets met het milieuaspect versus rendement? Anyway we hebben erg van Binz genoten

Das Frühstück war umfangreich, aber auf Dauer eintönig, da jeden Tag dasselbe. Ein wenig Abwechslung zumindest bei einzelnen Produkten hätte gut getan

LAUT und dafür überteuert.

Sauberkeit war ok. Balkon war groß aber mit direkten Blick auf die Nachbarn gegenüber. Sehr laut jeden Tag knallen die Türen zu. Es ist nicht Sinnvoll alle Türen mit Schließ-Feder auszustatten. Es knallt Tag wie Nacht. Betten waren ok

Zimmer für Familien-Zimmer viel zu klein. Gab 2 Sessel. Nur 1 Schrank und klapprigen Tisch. Um auf Toilette zu gehen musste man immer durch 2.ten Raum. Laute Türen knallten Ständig zu. Anmeldung ist rund 200 Meter weiter weg. Frühstück im anderen Gebäude , erst ab 8 Uhr.

Die Lage ist super. Das Bad ist sehr schön.

Für 6 Personen viel zu eng. Leider nur 1 Kleiderschrank, keine Möglichkeiten seine Jacken aufzuhängen oder die Handtücher vom Strand zu trocknen. Ein Wäscheständer wäre von Vorteil. Im Bad zu wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten. Das benutzte Geschirr wurde nie ausgetauscht, obwohl täglich die Reinigungskräfte durch sind.

Top kamer en ligging

De grootte van de kamer was perfect met een eigen slaaphoek voor onze zoon. Ligging vlak achter de boulevard was perfect. We hadden helaas geen parkeerplaats gereserveerd. Vanwege onze hoge auto en de dakkoffer paste dit niet in een parkeergarage. Het werd dus verderop parkeren per 24 uur is 20 euro. Ophalen van de sleutel bij hotel Maxim. Hier is ook het ontbijt.

In vergelijking met andere hotels op onze reis had het ontbijt uitgebreider gekund. Het was erg warm in het restaurant.
