Great place for a late summer stay.

Excellent location, Strandkorb from the hotel. Very comfortable beds! Buffet breakfast with lots of choices - but not befpre 8am.

The Bar on the beach across from the hotel played loud music in the evening, not the fault of the hotel but still annoying.

We were happy with our stay at Hotel AM MEER.

This hotel is situated in the middle of the Strandpromenade in Binz with a few meters to the sandy beach. Our room was at the 4th and fifth floor - we had a balcony with a free view over neighbour houses and a side sea view. The breakfast was splendid with fresh fruit, new prepared eggs dishes - salmon, sausages, croissants etc.

However, by e-mail we were presented with a "speciel" offer for dinner "2 Gang Wahlmenu (bis 1 Tag vor Anreise buchbar - nicht vor Ort) at the price of 39 EUR pro person. We booked this offer in advance. Our first night at the hotel we (two persons) selected two courses in the restaurant's menu and realized that they were much cheaper (32 EUR+34 EUR), than the "special" offer. In spite of that, the waiter demanded the special offer price of 39 EUR pro person. Consequently we paid 78 EUR which was 12 EUR more than necessary for our meal, because we have ordered in advance. This is strange marketing - and the hotel should cancel this offer We strongly recommend new guests not to make use of this "special offer".

Experience Binz from a very personal and dedicated approach!

The breakfast room is at an excellent location, facing the sea front and the "Promenade" of Binz. The choice and quality of the food is excellent. It is very smart that cold cuts and fish are in a separate , cooled location. Egg choices are being asked by the service staff and prepared and served to you, you don't have to stand in line. What makes this place exceptional is it's 100% dedication to service, although the one male member we encountered still has to take some lessons in this regard, but I am sure that with - female - guidance - he will eventually get there too!

excellent food and service

The web room description is accurate although misleading at least in English, as a corner room with double balcony with “side sea views” actually has a view of the town and the carpark rather than the sea, basically very disappointing. This needs to be addressed and clarified, as a large room looking over the carpark was simply not cheap and no it what i thought i booked. Granted leaning out one of the two balconies looking 90 degrees north you can see the water so “side sea views” are accurate, but in English “sea side views” means something totally different !

Lage des Hotels, Ausstattung der Zimmer und des Wellnessbereichs sowie das Frühstück, mit Frühstückszeiten bis 12 Uhr 👍haben uns überzeugt. Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, wo man sich schnell zurecht findet. Das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant ist auch sehr empfehlenswert.

2 wunderbar unbeschwerte Tage am Meer

Der Check In war super sympathisch und auch beim Frühstück war das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist großzügig und vielseitig. Die Lage ist genial, direkt am Meer, nahe der Seebrücke und all dem Leben in Binz. Das Hotel ist modern, aber sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel, wir möchten gern wieder einmal hier wohnen.

Der Wellnessbereich ist modern und gemütlich, wir hatten aus den Beschreibungen im Internet aber einen etwas grösseren Bereich erwartet. Uns war der Bereich zu klein im Sinne von zu nah mit anderen Menschen, kein richtiger Rückzugsort zum Entspannen, ohne auch ständig beobachtet zu werden. Aber das ist sicher Geschmackssache.

Sehr schönes gemütliches Hotel mit einladendem Wellnessbereich

Schönes Hotel in dem man sich sehr wohlfühlt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Wellnessbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Doppelzimmer sind recht klein, aber sehr gemütlich. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Auf Sauberkeit wird hier sehr großer Wert gelegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltiges und lecker. Auf Wunsch werden Eierspeisen frisch zubereitet. Die Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade ist herrlich. Das Ambiente war sehr angenehm und alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dokoriert. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren, sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Kleine Anregung: eine Kaffeemaschine oder ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer wäre schön gewesen. Ansonsten gibt es absolut gar nichts zu beanstanden.

entspannter Kurztrip in angenehmen Ambiente

Modernes und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal. Ich hatte als Einzelperson ein sehr praktisch und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick und Doppelbett. Vom Restaurant hatte man einen schönen Blick auf die Ostsee und das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet und reichhaltig. Was mir besonders gefallen hat war das Angebot an lokalen Lebensmitteln. Positiv erwähnen möchte ich auch den SPA-Bereich. Ich konnte hier in drei Saunen herrlich entspannen.

Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Auch wenn es Punkte für minimale Kritik gab.

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und das Hotel ist zum Entspannen sehr gut geeignet. Das Hotelzimmer war in der Größe angemessen und man hatte mit Balkon auf der 4. Etage einen fantastischen Ausblick auf die Umgebung. Auch die Cocktaillounge mit interessanten Cocktails (alkoholfrei im Angebot), war für uns immer ein Ruhepunkt, um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Des Weiteren gab es einen eigenen Hotelparkplatz, mit dem üblichen hohen Preisniveau in der Lage.

Das Frühstück war als oppulent bezeichnet, entsprach aber nach meiner Meinung nur Standard. Bis auf das man sein Frühstücksei in jeglicher Form frisch bestellen konnnte, gab es nur das gewohnte Angebot. Specials wie z. Bsp. warme Waffeln oder Eis etc. gab es nicht, erwarte ich aber wenn hier ein super Frühstück beschrieben wird.

Ein Wochenende zum Verwöhnen und relaxen.

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in diesem schönen Hotel verbracht. Das Zimmer hat eine standardisierte Ausstattung und war sauber. Der Spa-Bereich ist angenehm und lädt ein zum relaxen. Das Personal ist aufmerksam, ansprechbar und sehr freundlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist dass Frühstück. Der Frühstücksraum liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade, mit Blick auf das Meer. Wir haben eine Vielfalt an frischzubereiteten Obst, eine überdurchschnittliche Auswahl an Cerealien, unterschiedliche Brotsorten und gut sortierte Käse, Wurst und Fischsorten vorgefunden. Unser Eindruck ist insgesamt positiv und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Aufenthalt mit ein paar Einschränkungen

Die Lage ist sensationell: man ist direkt am Strand, hat aber auch Geschäfte usw. direkt vor der Tür. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und zugewandt. Der Wellnessbereich sorgte für zusätzliche Entspannung.

Das Zimmer war mit „seitlicher Meerblick“ beschrieben. Den hatten wir auch, davor allerdings auch eine laute Baustelle und eine öffentliche Toilette - beides hat den Blick und entspannte Momente auf dem Balkon doch sehr getrübt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist insgesamt üppig, leider gab es allerdings extrem wenige vegane Optionen, was die Auswahl diesbezüglich sehr eingeschränkt hat.
