great location, kids club was out of this world!

loved loved loved the kids club, it had everything and staff was sooo helpful and went out of her way to help us with our requests. also loved the spa and jacuzzi space. location was perfect.

wish there was a kettle and mini fridge! sheets could have been softer as well, but I’m nitpicking cos everything else was great

luxurious appartment, pool with age restrictions

Appartment has been really spacious and very nice looking; Very comfortable to stay in, we would have appreciated even more if we stayed longer. Kids club is a plus Easy walking distance to the beach Super friendly staff (incl. I think the manager who was temporarily supporting check-ins:)

breakfast is plentiful but not the most tasty in comparision to other places we stated on these hollidays. Pool opening hours - very restricted for kids; If we've known upfront, we would have booked another hotel (only couple of hours during the day which i our case happened to be just prior to our arrival (14:00-16:00) and 10-12 which is not super comfy with check-out by 11. Would be less problematic if we stayed longer

Recommended place to stay especially for Families

A perfect place to relax and enjoy the stay with indoor pool and sauna access. The hotel provided us free upgrade and also a small birthday decoration was made before the arrival. The breakfast was provided with large varieties of options. Stay is worth the money. Bath suite was provided for the pool and sauna usage and provided with perfect bag to take all things along with you.

Incredible kindles personal, very polite and professional, helpful, and regarding with smiles. Comfortable beds, plenty games for children. Impressed from arranging of stateroom, could be nice if, guests found a slippers.

The variation from breakfast wasn't covered our expectations. Some how of that quality of Hotel should have more choices. About cleanings of rooms could be better.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and visit again and stay longer next time!

EVERYTHING!! The kids were so happy there! We never did get the chance to use the kids club as the weather was so nice we used the beach and walked around a lot.

We would have preferred a different type of suite and even though one became available after we booked a different type of suite, the hotel would not make a waiting list and due to time/difference/ language barrier we were unable to get the room style we preferred.

The concept of the hotel thought of everything a family possibly could need. The interior is simple, functional and comfy. The outdoor area is perfect for younger kids, since there is a playground with different toys. The restaurant is open with different indoor and outdoor areas, which makes it easy for the parents to enjoy some quality time with good food and drinks while the kids are playing.

Since the hotel is trying to be climate neutral, I would recommend to install a possibility to install a charger for electric cars, to be able to meet the growing amount of customers/travellers using e-mobility. But, the statement is not negative charged- only a recommendation. ;-)

Exceptional family hotel in Binz.

Great location. Very friendly & helpful staff. Free access to nearby pools, fitness & wellness was excellent. Very close to beach, restaurants etc. (immediate vicinity). Exceptional sports facilities for kids (indoor football stole the show) :-) Other fun options like pool table, table tennis etc awesome too.

Didn’t like breakfast for the first few days but then we discovered the toaster and found out we could order Cafe Latte and fried eggs and things improved. Unfortunately no kettle or working mini-fridge in the room :-(

No rest

The breakfast was very good. food was fresh and well cooked. Good selection to satisfy everyone's taste. The breakfast lounge is well kept and clean and the is enough space to sit comfortably.

We rented a family apartment. The apartments were supposed to have 2 rooms but to be fair just one was a proper room for adults, with a proper door and ventilation. The other one is just a garret with no doors and just a small window on the ceiling that desnìt allow a lot of fresh air to pass by. Additionally, the ceiling is very low, very small kids can use the entire rooms, adults can just use the room to sleep. On top of that, the apartment is very hot in summer, sleeping in the garret is almost impossible to even with all the window open in the apartment. Generally speaking all the apartment is very hot and there is no AC at all. Wall are pretty tiny and you can hear kids screaming from other close-by rooms.

Wunderschöner Wintertrip mit unserem Kind

Das Frühstück ist fantastisch und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist wirklich schön. In wenigen Minuten am Strand oder in den belebten Straßen. Der Kids Club ist wirklich schön und die Betreuung ist so toll das unser Sohn sich richtig wohl gefühlt hat und immer wieder hin gehen wollte.

Das Zimmer ist schön. Allerdings schon an manchen Stellen in Leidenschaft gezogen. Das Bad ist gut, leider ohne gute Lüftung. Im Winter war es sehr schön, im Sommer allerdings bestimmt nicht gut für uns auszuhalten ohne Klimaanlage. Der Pool im gegenüber liegenden Hotel ist leider schon arg in die Jahre gekommen und nicht schön ausgestattet.

Paar urlaub zum träumen

Es war ein sehr tolles Zimmer für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Sauber geräumig Das Bad war sehr toll gerade die ebenerdige dusche Das Bett einfach ein Traum Das Kissen was wann käuflich erweben kann einfach nur ein Traum so gut haben wir lange nicht geschlafen Frühstück einfach nur wow wir musste zwar ins andere hotel aber das war völlig okay der Frühstücksraum gemütlich man hat sich gleich wohlgefühlt Nach einen langen Spaziergang kann man abends noch baden und in die Sauna um denn tag ausklingen zu lassen einfach nur wunderbar ja auch dies ist im anderen hotel über die Straße aber hat uns nicht gestört Es war ein rundum toller Aufenthalt freundlich sauber stilvoll wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen

Familienfreundliches Hotel in toller Lage

Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend. Besonders die Angebote für Kinder, vor allem der Kidsclub, waren sehr ansprechend. Positiv hervorzuheben ist auch, dass der Spielraum und die Spielmöglichkeiten mit den Kindern bis 20 bzw. 22 Uhr genutzt werden konnten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und ästhetisch ansprechend. Zudem war das Personal stets zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Leider waren alle Waschmaschinen defekt, was sehr unpraktisch war.

Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und reichhaltig Die Möglichkeit einen kidsclub zu nutzen und die Spielgeräte

Trotz Bitten für eine ruhige Unterbringung wohnten wir direkt hinter der Warenannahme des Edeka. Die Nacht war auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern 6:00 Uhr beendet, da die Isolierung des Dachstuhls quasi nicht existiert. Die Unterkunft wirkt alles in allem etwas ungepflegt und runtergerockt - das Schwimmbad setzt Grünspan an und das Wasser war 2 grad zu kalt für Kinder, der Saunabereich ist muffig und ebenfalls kalt. Einen Wasserkocher (verkalkt) und Kaffeemaschine mit Pads ersteht man einmal für 10€. Das sind alles so kleine Nebensächlichkeiten, die aber ein Gesamtbild vermitteln: so viel Geld wie möglich rausholen.

Der Ort Binz und Sellin ist eine Reise jederzeit wert .

Das Frühstück war lecker , abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig. Der Frühstück Bereich war liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Offene Fragen sowie Sachen die nicht funktioniert haben wurden sofort behoben . Der Service und die Freundlichkeit ist besonders hervorzuheben.

Schwimmbereich im einen Nachbar Hotel, fanden wir nicht so schön , und dort waren die Umkleide Möglichkeiten auch begrenzt . Sport Bereich war ca. 5min zu Fuß entfernt in einem gut ausgestatteten Fitnessstudio, im Hotel selber sowie im Nachbar Hotel wo der Pool war gab es so etwas nicht . Dieses sowie das sich der Sauna Bereich im Nachbar Hotel befindet wurde nicht in der Hotel Beschreibung erwähnt.

Für einen Kurzurlaub über Silvester, war es okay.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage und vorhandene Parkmöglichkeit war super.

Wir wohnten im Familientrakt (Zi. 15). Die Couch in der Wohnung war für uns zu weich und die Fenstervorhänge im Wohnzimmer waren eine Katastrophe. Diese ließen keine ausreichende Verdunklung zu. Das Frühstück wurde im Restaurant im Vorderhaus angeboten und konnte leider nicht zu allen Zeiten über den Innenhof (kürzester Weg) erreicht werden, weil die Türen zum Restaurant vom Verbindungshof her verschlossen waren. War bei Regen sehr ärgerlich. Die Platzzuweisung im Restaurant zum gebuchten Abendessen am Silvester- und Neujahrstag war für uns leider nicht angenehm. Bei den Menüpreisen hätten wir uns eine gemütlichere Atmosphäre gewünscht. Teilweise war die uns schriftlich bestätigte Essenszeit nicht identisch mit den vermerkten Zeiten im Restaurant. Würden wir deshalb nicht noch einmal vorab buchen.

Dreckig und unfreundlich

Die Lage war sehr gut und der Kids Club war super .

Die Sauberkeit , dicke Silberfische im Bad. Es wurde nicht richtig geputzt , überall dreckig , Putzmittel standen offen auf dem Flur herum , den ganzen Tag , für ein Familien Hotel mit kleinen Kindern ein no Go . Extrem unfreundliches Personal, Rezeption . Die Dame hatte überhaupt keine Lust auf ihrem Job . Nachdem am Anreise Tag der Abfluss verstopft war und Abwasser aus der Dusche lief und wir umziehen mussten , spät Abends wurden wir am nächsten Morgen blöd abgefertigt, man solle sich nicht so anstellen , es hätte doch ein Zimmer Wechsel stattgefunden und mit einem giftigen „ schönen Tag noch verabschiedet“ . Angaben im Internet stimmen nicht , parken extrem teuer . Nachdem eine Mail an Booking und an die Geschäftsführung erfolgte , gab es bei der Abreise zumindest einen Nachlass beim parken . Alles in allem sehr ärgerlich und nicht zu empfehlen. Pool sehr dreckig , komplett gelb an den Wänden und kleberig , eine absolute Zumutung.
