Дуже сподобався готель, його розташування, вид на море з вікна, чудові сніданки та вечері, комфортний спа, загалом готель можна сміливо рекомендувати для якісного відпочинку!
Трохи не вистачило чистоти у коридорах готелю, а також ціна на свята була дуже високою, за цю ціну хотілося б більше опцій, які б були включені у вартість (наприклад, паркування)

The location is great and the room was very nice. We also enjoyed the pool and the saunas. All very stylish.
The staff at the hotel could have been friendlier. A smile now and then would have been nice.
At the restaurant Lotta Ciao, which I understand belongs to the hotel, it was particularly bad during the evening; the staff was extremely rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Some examples:
- Several guests got wrong orders; sometimes several times. It was like watching a comedy;
- We ordered some soft drinks and got bottles, but no glasses. So we asked for glasses. The girl looked at us with an arrogant face and said “oh, you want glasses too!? Ok, I can bring some”. It is not the kind of answer you expect;
- Then when we wanted to pay, we had to wait 20 (!) minutes to have someone bring us the bill. When we get the bill, it was of course full of mistakes.
The breakfast staff at Lotta Ciao was friendlier. However…
- There was no warm food readily available. We had to queue up for 10min with our plates to get some simple scrambled eggs and bacon;
- The yogurt was not being cooled, so completely warm. Not very nice.
- Our milk at the table was empty, so we asked for a refill. Instead, the girl took one from the table next to us. It was standing in full sunshine and obviously the milk was completely warm and could not be used.
- One of the male servants dropped a bottle on the floor. There was glass EVERYWHERE on the floor. He wasn’t bothered though, but instead collected dirty plates from other tables. Only 10min later did he come back to remove some of the glass. He left quit a bit though, so I had to tell one of the girls to remove the rest because the pieces were 3cm big and people were wearing sandals.
- Many of the staff speak very poor German and English equally bad. This causes a lot of confusion.
- There was no hand sanitizer by the breakfast buffet. This is standard nowadays and for a high-end hotel something you can expect. We had to ask one of the girls to bring some. Next morning same problem, so clearly they are not taking feedback.
