The location is great and the room was very nice. We also enjoyed the pool and the saunas. All very stylish.

The staff at the hotel could have been friendlier. A smile now and then would have been nice. At the restaurant Lotta Ciao, which I understand belongs to the hotel, it was particularly bad during the evening; the staff was extremely rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Some examples: - Several guests got wrong orders; sometimes several times. It was like watching a comedy; - We ordered some soft drinks and got bottles, but no glasses. So we asked for glasses. The girl looked at us with an arrogant face and said “oh, you want glasses too!? Ok, I can bring some”. It is not the kind of answer you expect; - Then when we wanted to pay, we had to wait 20 (!) minutes to have someone bring us the bill. When we get the bill, it was of course full of mistakes. The breakfast staff at Lotta Ciao was friendlier. However… - There was no warm food readily available. We had to queue up for 10min with our plates to get some simple scrambled eggs and bacon; - The yogurt was not being cooled, so completely warm. Not very nice. - Our milk at the table was empty, so we asked for a refill. Instead, the girl took one from the table next to us. It was standing in full sunshine and obviously the milk was completely warm and could not be used. - One of the male servants dropped a bottle on the floor. There was glass EVERYWHERE on the floor. He wasn’t bothered though, but instead collected dirty plates from other tables. Only 10min later did he come back to remove some of the glass. He left quit a bit though, so I had to tell one of the girls to remove the rest because the pieces were 3cm big and people were wearing sandals. - Many of the staff speak very poor German and English equally bad. This causes a lot of confusion. - There was no hand sanitizer by the breakfast buffet. This is standard nowadays and for a high-end hotel something you can expect. We had to ask one of the girls to bring some. Next morning same problem, so clearly they are not taking feedback.

The hotel was ideally placed in the centre of Binz, the room was beautiful (it looked recently done up), the pool was beautiful and the breakfast in the new restaurant amazing!!

There was a little bit of noise in the street on our first night

Breakfast was excellent on Sunday and Monday, but Tuesday was not so grand may be due to fewer guests. The location is excellent: it is almost directly to the seaside and restaurants and cafes are just next door. The staffs are friendly and efficient. The balcony was on the side street, we could enjoy our coffee very relaxingly.

The towels had some stains. It was not very pleasant. We had a junior maisonette suite. It was much more expensive than a standard junior suite, but it was much smaller. I think it is fair if they are at the same price.

Nice hotel close to the beach and center.

Even if not so much space, the room was really very nicely designed with a balcony. It was quiet (I stayed at the side of the courtyard). Breakfast great! Big choice and the service was top. Nothing to complain. The hotel is very close to the beach and next to the promenade. Bikes can be rented nearby. I simply loved my stay in Binz and at Loev.

The only thing I did not like was the water tap (English style). Pity that in the newly renovated hotel, the management decided to install this type of a tap. I assume it takes some time for guests to get used to it and it causes too much water waste. This was actually the only thing that bothered me.

wonderful breakfast and great location to the central and beach, the room was kind of small but well decorated. The balcony is also nice.

A perfect stay! The room was well-designed and incredibly comfortable, breakfast was plentiful with loads of options and the pool area was simply amazing.

I love the newly renovated rooms. However we were in the tower suite which is too low for my husband who had to duck to enter some rooms. Also can’t open windows in the tower bedroom which made it really hot being the rooftop. Breakfast quality was very good. We decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant too but wasn’t serviced after 30 minutes being seated so we decided to leave. Reception staff were very nice and personal. Restaurant staff needs to improve.

Room height and no balcony now window openings at tower suite. Restaurant staff stressed unfriendly and didn’t provide dinner service at reasonable timing.

Very comfortable and clean room, very close to the beach and the restaurants.

Breakfast is very limited for vegan people, almost nothing besides a fruit bowl.

I really liked the location, and the staff were wonderful too. Our room was quite big and very clean. We had two balconies and could see the ocean. Also, the gym is very well equipped and quite big for a hotel gym!

Vakker suite i andre etasje, pent og stilfullt innredet. Hyggelig personale og fantastisk god frokost! Kan anbefales!

Synes Spa avdelingen hadde noen mangler, spesielt at damp saunaen egentlig ikke hadde damp, ellers et behagelig sted å slappe av.

Besonders gefallen hat uns das sehr komfortable Zimmer und das Frühstück. Der Wellness Bereich ist nicht besonders groß, aber wir haben es sehr genossen dort für eine kurze Auszeit am Pool oder in einer der drei Saunen vorbei zu schauen und dann wieder aufs Zimmer zu gehen.

Das große Manko war bei uns, das zum Frühstück 10-12 Bauarbeiter von gegenüber in Arbeitsklamotten dreckig zum Frühstücken kamen.Das fand ich wohl gemerkt, an meinem Geburtstag echt unpassend, hatte mir ein schön gediegenes Frühstück gewünscht 🥲deshalb nur 8
