Quiet and comfortable rooms. Nice wellness area. Absolutely lovely location. Kids club was well set up with many good activities for children.

Bathroom was very small. The staff was not always so helpful (providing incorrect information, not allowing for late check out, etc.). The restaurant service was sometimes slow and unfriendly.

Excellent breakfast. Room was a bit small but ok. However was it too hot and no air condition and no fans. Location was great and very close to shopping beach and restaurants.

There was no possibility to cool the room down. I find it strange that this type of high end hotel does not have air condition, or at least the possibility to get a fan. We had to keep the door slightly open and the windows open in order to get som air moving in the room.

It was very good and the service was second to non the only thing missing was the tea making facilities in the room

This hotel has a good location. Clean room. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.

Had some issues with the shower gel. This was provided as a 22ml platic bottle which is good for one shower. Two plastic bottles had to be replenished eveyday for a double room, not very eco friendly for a green hotel. Also there was no stand in the shower to put the shower gel, something small but very annoying. On our last day shower gel was missing, fortunately I had a spare. Our room did not have enough sockets to charge two phone. Had to unplug a lamp to do it or use the bathroom socket.

Close (10 minutes walking) from the station. The hotel also provide shuttle service from and to the station. Breakfast was amazing. I got a silver card that offers 10% discount at their facilities, also got free transportation card to use around Binz.

the toilet in the room a bit dirty when I just checked in, and water is leaking when you take bath (the water even reached the room's floor).

We enjoyed the rich and high quality breakfasts. Staff at breakfast room was friendly and helpful. The room that we stayed at was cozy and clean. The spa and pool area is nice as well.

15 Euro per night for a dog + 1 Euro city tax on top is the most expensive charge that we have experienced in Europe so far. On the other hand we were glad that pets are allowed in this establishment.

Rooms were very dirty. Front desk staff was not very well informed (e.g available Covid-19 test centers and regulations, road closures). The bar and some restaurants were temporarily closed/offered limited service due to missing staff and closed events without informing the other guests.

The Breakfast was very good, especially the coffee and the deserts very yummy…nice Lady taking pretty good care of her guests in the Breakfast room…

It was not as advertised, no parking available at the Hotel, parking in different building with extra charge or on side walk per muni meter, the room was very small and over furnished even though i like the furniture….the dog beach is way too far away to walk the dog there and is beside the FKK…is a lot of tourists here and the island is overran at times….is better to come off season , and when is school time…

The room was spacious, stylish and very clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was unbelievably good. A lot of different options and very tasty. The pool and the gym was great.

Staff were amazing up until the last day. Breakfast is fantastic and so were most of the staff!

They insist on taking your car and parking it across the road and bringing it back on the last day. I left my jacket in the car and so I got to see how cramped and stacked above each other the cars are. The last day they moved our car to the front of the hotel and the car told us that there was a collision/accident exactly when they were moving it. It was a rented car and we would be the ones covering the cost. We asked to speak to the person who drove it. Who denied any wrong doing. The manager also did not want anything to do with it. Unfortunately it took 35 minutes for the manager to finally agree to write a letter and see from our point of view the situation we were in. Of course we were upset and very confused why they would not take any responsibilty for the fact the car was showing when the accident/damage happened and the fact they were moving it. The manager said we I was rude. I was upset that perhaps we would have to cover the costs. Would you be? Never mind, i had just tipped the driver €5 for doing it. In the end I refused to move for any less than the letter and finally (with resistance) they gave it to me. I will now wait to see if there was any damage to the car inside and hope there isn't. Because I am not hopeful they will pay. What was 4 days of a beautiful holiday, ended feeling very sad and frustrated by the manager and staff at the hotel. Do not trust them with your car And ask to look at where the cars are parked. hey do not want to show you for a reason. There cars and stacked and the person who drives them is clearly not capable of manouvering them well enough. Plus, lying and not taking responsibility.
