We feel mistreated for our visit there and will never stay in that hotel again.

The breakfast was nice, with fresh food.

1. The beds were very uncomfortable to sleep on. With 2 small pillows. 2. We were given a downgraded room the first night (without a balcony, but we paid for with balcony). In the morning we received the room that we actually paid for. No refund was maid for us for this error. 3. The manager lied to us that the prices for both rooms are the same (with balcony and without). Another stuff member has confirmed to us that the room with balcony is actually 20 eu more expensive.

A good hotel in a lovely location

The location of Imperial on the promenade is absolutely wonderful. The room is exactly as the pictures show.

Serving canned fruit in a place like Imperial is a no-go and butter should not be wrapped per 3 grams. Umweltunfreundlich!

A nice view on the sea from my room . Good central location. Free hotel transfert at the train station.

The behaviour of the manager at réception. The wifi data were so limited . 1 hour of Netflix movie at night for ewample and internet gone ! Each time i had to go to réception to ask for new wifi voucher . I asked this manager for unlimited wifi data like all hôtels in the world. He was looking at me like if i was stupid and said that his customer do not watch Netflix ! He only gave me more internet data because booking.com called him after my complain . Unacceptable ! And so ridiculous to limit like this the internet data !

Rundum ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub.

Das Zimmer war super. Es war groß, gemütlich und hatte Aussicht zur Ostsee Seebrücke. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück hatte ein köstliches Angebot. Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar am Zugang zum Strand. Es hat auch einen Aufzug. Parkplätze sind hinterm Hotel. Zufahrt von der Strasse aus. Bis zum Bahnhof ca. 20 Min. Gehweg. Seebrücke ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Eigenlijk alles. Ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Ik parkeerde al heel vroeg in de ochtend mijn auto en mocht gewoon aansluiten voor ontbijt.

Preis-Leistung ist toll und das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit

Der tolle Ausblick auf den Strand und die Ostsee im Zimmer 4. Das Zimmer ist schön geräumig. Das Badezimmer hat auch viel Platz. Zimmer sind schallisoliert und man hört nichts von den Nachbarzimmern.

Freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück, Parkplatz am Haus Besonders gefallen hat mir die Ausstattung im Bad, der Vergrößerungsspiegel - wo man sich auch von hinten sehen kann, fehlt in den meisten Hotel. Sowie die Flächenausnutzung oberhalb vom WC fand ich sehr gut.

Schöne Übernachtung in Binz

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Top Lage nicht weit der Seebrücke. Es ist überall sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Der Balkon und der Meerblick sind sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Hervorzuheben sind die frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen. Wir würden jederzeit Wiederkommen.

Ein sehr schönes hotel mit freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal... Man fühlt sich sofort wohl... Die Zimmer waren sehr schön mit seitlichen Balkon... Das Frühstück war ein Buffet was alles dabei hatte...Brötchen, toast, Eier,Wurst, Käse, Jogurt, Obst... Jederzeit würden wir wiederkommen...sehr zu empfehlen...🙂

Super Hotel in bester Lage

Sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage direkt am Strand. Sehr nettes Personal in allen Bereichen. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Ein bisschen mehr Fischangebot (speziell Räucherfisch), das wäre perfekt Ich kann das Hotel zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen

Een net hotel met vriendelijk personeel op een zeer goede locatie.

Wij verbleven 6 dagen. Een perfecte locatie. Aan de promenade en met een paar stappen zit je op het strand. Je kunt de rust of de drukte opzoeken. Ontbijt was niet heel uitgebreid maar prima. Alles was aanwezig. De kwaliteit verschilde wel wie er die dag dienst had. Hond vriendelijk hotel.

We waren blij dat we een kamer aan de zeekant hadden. Ze waren achter de straat aan het openbreken wat nogal wat overlast gaf. Parkeren moest daarom een paar honderd meter verder. Het hotel kon hier verder niks aan doen. Overmacht.

Wunderbarer Urlaub, sehr ruhig, erholsam!

Strandlage direkt am Hotel war super. Frühstück wurde immer wieder nachgefüllt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sehr abwechslungsreich an Wurst, Käse, Rohkost. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Aktuell war bei uns gerade Baustelle vorm Hotel, und ein direktes Parken am Hotel als auch das Aussteigen Ehefrau mit Krücken direkt davor, war nicht möglich. Übergangsparkplatz war ziemlich weit entfernt. Aber Baustelle bleibt ja nicht auf Dauer!
