Location Nice, comfortable rooms - the apartment could just need some TLC

Breakfast - if you offer breakfast until 11:30 you should make sure that it is filled up until 11:30. We came at 10:15 and there were no eggs or orange juice left, the scrambled eggs were almost empty, only one piece of salmon left and an empty cheese plate...quite disappointing start into the holiday.

I liked the staff and the responsiveness of the team from the initial booking request, check out and post stay questions with regards to an invoice. Breakfast was good quality and the breakfast venue was as expected. We also liked the location and the balcony area of the room.

We did not like the room we stayed in. It was room number 660 in the Strandhaus Belvedere. The bathroom was a bit out of shape, the walk in closet attached to the master bedroom had a strange smell and the carpet flooring felt being from another century. This room definitely needs an upgrade. Value for money only considering the room was not given.

Good location, friendly staff

It was great to have a separate living room/seating area plus a small kitchen. It made it easier to relax and easy to have breakfast in our room instead of having to eat out for literally every meal. We traveled with our small dog, and the staff was super friendly to her. Our bed was really comfortable, which for us means it was soft, so if you prefer really firm beds you might not like this one. The location was good, just a minute to the promenade, and there were lots of restaurants within a few minutes. There's a little tourist train that goes through town, and it's free with the tourist tax you have to pay at hotels, so that was really helpful. Overall this was a decent hotel.

The room is a bit dated, though we could tell that from the photos when we were booking it. The shower nozzle wouldn't stay up, unless you positioned the hose in just the right spot, so that was annoying. Even just upgrading the shower nozzles to something nicer would be a great improvement. Also, if you're booking one of the rooms with a kitchen because you want to cook, note that there isn't any cooking oil, salt, or pepper, so you'll have to bring your own or buy it at the grocery store when you arrive. It also would've been nice to have a water bowl for the dog, especially since there's a big pet store minutes from the hotel.

I really did not like the interior. It was old and not pretty. You could see it was used a long time. Looked like the nineties. Beds were comfortable though. The parking should have been included. It was 20€ on top for every single day.

A place to have a really good holiday.

The location is unbeatable. The apartment was spacious and clean. The breakfast was ok, the typical german breakfast (I like it), although nothing extraordinary. The check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, and the staff was polite. I'll come back next year! 🙂👍

Sehr nettes Personal, leckeres Frühstück, top Lage! Die Apartments sind schön groß, es gibt Geschirr und eine Mikrowelle . Der ist Zimmerservice freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Das Bad im Apartment ist auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und ordentlich!

Die Lage und die Grösse der Wohnung.

Das Penthouse ist schon ziemlich abgewohnt, die Wohncouch und der Sessel sind wirklich sichtbar abgewohnt und durchgessen. Generell bedarf es einer Sanierung. Die Kissen platt und klein. Im Bad sind die Amaturen abgeranzt, man erkennt warm und kalt nicht mehr...

Super Lage, nettes Personal - bis auf das Management

Leider hatten wir starken Schimmelbefall im Bad und Weiden nicht ernst genommen. Haus war voll belegt und es gab kein Stornierungsangebot. Wir wurden auf den nächsten Tag vertröstet, wenn ein Zimmer frei wird. Man hättet dieses Zimmer so nicht vermieten dürfen. Der Geschäftsleitung war das egal. Dem Kollegen einen Tag später war das total unangenehm. Wir konnten somit den ersten Tag inklusive nächster Morgen das Bad nicht nutzen

Die Lage war perfekt und der Balkon mit eigenen Strandkorb zum abendlichen Verweilen war ein Traum. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Nur das die Parklücken sehr eng sind aber das ist jammern auf hohen Niveau, ansonsten war alles super.

Sehr gut gelegen, wunderbares Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal, sehr sauber, fast überall geräumig.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer in der 72 qm2 Suite war für mich persönlich etwas zu knapp bemessen zum Wohlfühlen. Zu zweit gar hätte ich es darin als noch unangenehmer empfunden. Ich würde beim nächsten Mal das nächstgrößere Apartment anfragen.

Ein absolutes Dissaster

Das Personal im Restaurant Maxim , in dem wir frühstücken waren war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker. Der Strand war sehr schön und sauber.

Wir waren 6 Personen die angereist sind. 3 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Wir waren in einer Unterkunft ,die einer Absteige gleich kam ,untergebracht. Wir hatten mit Küche gebucht , doch diese war nicht vorhanden . Das bedeutete für uns , jeden Abend Fast Food oder essen gehen . Und das mit 3 Kleinkindern .Wir mussten unsere Abende in einem Wohnzimmer verbringen in dem ein Bett aufgebaut war und wir um das Bett herum sitzen mussten und Fernsehen schauen oder Spiele mit den Kindern an einem Tisch, der in einer Ecke gequetscht war, weil ja kein Platz in diesem Raum war, spielen . Keine Couch oder Sofa wie man es in einem Wohnzimmer erhofft. Es war eine einzige Katastrophe . Das ist kein Urlaub . Das Reinigungspersonal kam wie es lustig war und ist schnell durch die Räume gefegt . Die Krümel am Boden sah man noch 3 Tage später da liegen .Unsere Enttäuschung ist kaum in Worte zu fassen .Und für den Preis ist es eine absolute Frechheit. Sehr enttäuschend.

Парковка ужасная. Дали бокс 16, в который нормально на нашей машине просто не въехать. Только если за рулем ас. Чудом не поцарапали. На просьбы поменять - отвечали отказом, хотя места свободные были.

Kamer werd in 5 dagen niet schoongemaakt. Voor de prijs had ik dit wel verwacht . Na verschillende keren dit gemeld te hebben is uiteindelijk de kamer schoongemaakt. Toiletpapier zelf ophalen bij de receptie. Het leek wel een camping. Daarnaast lag onze kamer vlakbij een restaurant welke elke dag om 7 uur ochtends werd bevoorraad met karretjes die veel kabaal maakte. Uitslapen is er niet bij

Leuke plek om de kust in het noorden van Duitsland te ontdekken

Heel leuk gelegen pal aan strand van Binz. Gebouw is ook heel mooi en strandstoel op ruime balkon maakt het af. Ontbijt uitgebreid en lekker.

Kussens waren echt heel slap. Kon je niet op slapen. Ontbijten was in het gelijknamige hotel in dezelfde straat. Helemaal prima, maar ontbijt werd geserveerd in vrij smalle ruimte, waar het al snel “dringen” was. Vloerbedekking wat smoezelig, maar dat kan je het hotel nauwelijks aanrekenen. Iedereen komt daar binnen met zand van het strand. Het is niet goedkoop, maar dat is Binz sowieso niet.

Liegt direkt an der Promenade - Strand vor der Tür; Ankleidezimmer; Strandkorb auf Balkon; großes Buffet im Restaurant (Maxim)

Tiefgarage mit Liftsystem (leider nur für kleine PKW geeignet); Badezimmer nicht abschließbar (Privatsphäre auch in Familie wichtig…) ; wenige und gleichzeitig zu helle Lichtquellen (dimmbare Lampen im Schlafzimmer wären schön)

Wohnung wurde nicht gereinigt, es wurden nur die Handtücher unnötigerweise gewechselt und die Mülleimer gelehrt. Parkplatz zu eng und viel zu teuer. Frühstück war sehr eintönig und wenig Auswahl. Das Bad müsste dringend renoviert werden. Die Wohnung, besonders der Flur hat nach nassem Hund gerochen.
