Inviting 3 bedroom semi detached and recently refurbished house, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of St Andrews, which comfortably sleeps 5 adults in 2 king beds and one single bed. The house comes with a driveway, a spacious open plan living room/dining area and well equipped kitchen, brand new shower room and private rear garden. Suitable for families, holiday-makers and golfers alike.
The accommodation layouts are as follows: Ground floor - open plan living room/dining area featuring a log burner, kitchen, under stairs wc, sunroom and doorway leading to the rear garden.
First Floor - 2 bedrooms with King beds, one single bedroom and shower room.

We would definitely stay here again.
Only thing I can think of is the couch... It wasn't the most comfortable to sit on.

The place was perfect for our needs. We golfed 3 times in the 4 days we were in St. Andrews. A great location to get to the golf course. We did have a rental car which made it easier to get around. The place was clean and comfortable.
