Lovely position place just a little dated
The location was great you can walk into St Andrews for cafe pubs etc and the golf course

The house is not safe to rent for holiday cause it spoiled and stress us, not worth of th
Near to shops and university of St Andrews.
The house need renovation. The bathroom has block sinks, floors in the first floor is very old when walking it is creating noise, bathroom water when having showers went down to the kitchen ceiling wherein it create flood we notified the owner asap we need to clean the water in the floor kichen its not safe . No toilette available, towels are so old and dirty , the fridge has foul odours , the televisions is not working. In my opinion the house is not safe to live and need total renovations .

Perfect house for a family 4 or 6 and close to St. Andrews downtown and Old Course.

Could have used another bathroom downstairs near the bedrooms but it was only a slight inconvenience to always go upstairs. Definitely would not deter me from booking again.

Rules and neighbour issues
It was good location and very clean
Told we had to empty all bins and take away to recycle they told we had to strip all beds and put in black bags and we are now not in a covid situation and if in a hotel you certainly would not have to do that then watching the at 10.30 on a Friday evening and the neighbour comes through with a terrible attitude and tells us to be quiet. Unfortunately this property has walls that are like paper and you hear everything which is not the holiday makers issue! Also found a cup of at least week old tea in a cup in the microwave and it was disgusting! Constant traffic passing and on a bus route aswell not worth the money paid

Golf break
The property was tidy and well located although a bus/taxi ride into town. A choice of supermarkets 5 minutes away for food & drink which was handy.
The electric shower was very poor and needs replacing as a matter of urgency. The two single beds were metal framed and made a noise if you turned over in the night so disturbing whoever you shared with.
