Large property.2 parking spaces..all the amenities in the kitchen .clean tidy.
Unappealing front garden.back garden unkempt.paper coming of sitting room wAll. Just needs some tender loving care

Was clean. Decent location as long as you had a car or used taxi
Place was very dated and tired looking. Previous water damage/cracks in ceiling which hasn't been repaired.
Could do with being repainted, lots of scores and marks on walls.
Beds quite hard and can feel the springs through them.
Shower seemed to only have one setting - roasting hot.
Garden has been left to ruin, lots of weeds and not been maintained for some time.
Garden gate is damaged at bottom so dog could escape and gate is not flush so cannot be secured and latch applied.
Mention of smart TV however TV has no smart functionality so cannot access Netflix etc unless you brought own streaming equipment.

We liked how clean property was & the bedding & towels provided.
The gardens especially the back garden was a mess with weeds & overgrown plants. There was nowhere for us to sit outside & no table & chairs provided as well.
We required a second key and were disappointed we didn’t have two keys.
The TV had a poor picture & seemed to be damaged.
It would be good to have mats inside & outside property to wipe your feet on as dirt was on shoes & was brought into house.

The house was mainly clean, fairly modern decor and in a good location, the washing machine/tumble dryer was handy. The electric fire was cosy on a cold night. Kitchen/bathroom/bedding all clean.
On arrival, the doormat was torn and a trip hazard with spiderwebs all across the entrance. The place needs a good paint inside as the chips on the banister and stairway in particular was really tatty and not so good on first impressions when entering the house. Quite a few spiderwebs in hallway and kitchen light. The kitchen light itself is useless as its really not bright enough for the kitchen and quite hard to see in there after dark. There was no mirror in the master bedroom which I found strange. The back and front gardens at one point would have been classed as low maintenance, however now they are just an overgrown mess. There was no back door light for when the dog was outside at night, we couldn't see a thing. Living room blind and bedroom blinds hanging off the wall. When taking mugs out the cupboard on arrival the first two had tea drips all down the outside, meaning they had just been rinsed and put away. Not ideal in covid times. Shame about all these little things, it wouldn't take much to fix the above and then it would be a great place to stay.
