Location great for easy access to St Andrews.
Hot water for downstairs shower sometimes ran out for the second person.

Well appointed .. Quiet convenient location .. outstanding beautiful large garden .. fabulous house … very spacious and well equipped for self catering ..comfortable with good quality furniture .. comfy mattresses and pillows … would definitely go back again
The only down was that the television was too small.

The locations excellent. The walk via the riverside Lades Walk in to St Andrews was lovely or using the bus was very easy.
There wasn't really anything that spoiled the holiday. Towards the end of the week the TV lost it's signal and I wasn't able to get a hold of the owners to get it sorted. However, I had DVDs to watch, books to read and my own radio to listen to.
