Great Location in St Andrews with FREE Parking and Laundry Facilities! A plus on a golf trip!

The Cozy Cottage was the perfect place to stop and stay in St Andrews! With 3 rooms, each of my adult children had their own room and my husband and I had ours. I loved that we were able to do some laundry mid trip! We were on a golf vacation with lots of gear and had quite a large van. So it was great to find the Cozy Cottage for free and easy parking! Close enough to walk into the restaurant and pub part of town (about 15 mins) with a convenience store for snacks just around the corner. Our hosts were also very friendly and accommodating.

Well priced property that can sleep six.

Good price especially as it could sleep 6 people. Clean Living and dining room. Could walk to town in 15-20 minutes. Tea, coffee, sugar, sweeteners and biscuits available Outside seating area. Good communication prior to stay

Some of the beds were quite soft. Might suit some but not all. Selection of glasses limited. A couple of issues however these were taken on board when we mentioned them. I suspect they just weren’t aware of them.

Beautifully well kept property. Very clean and tidy, everything was well laid out and the furnishing are both comfortable and very tasteful. White fluffy towels were laid out on beds with immaculate white bedding. We enjoyed being able to use the games in the dining room after watching a film in the living room. Finding a table and chairs out in a little garden was an unexpected bonus, breakfast in the sunshine was lovely. The driveway allowed us to park off the main road and transfer luggage easily too. Communication with the people who look after the property was prompt, informative and very pleasant. We would love to return here if we were staying in St Andrews.

It would be wonderful to have a WC as well as a bathroom but I understand this wouldn’t actually be possible in this building.

Beautiful property in a quiet residential area. Fully equipped with everything you need and lives up to cosy cottage name. Within walking distance of all St Andrews has to offer and has shops and places for food nearby.

Great house

The house was amazing but in the communication about key safe it said I would receive an email with the code I didn’t receive this and tried contacting the person and no answer finally rang booking.com and they got someone on the phone immediately thank goodness as we sat outside the property fir over 2:3 an hour

Clean and perfect location- 10/10 would stay again!

Lovely host- responded to messages quickly and allowed us to drop off bags early before our conference. House was clean and kitchen was stocked with tea/coffee. Perfect location, was about a 20 minute walk into town.

A perfect spot for a few days in St Andrews

The cottage was spotlessly clean and so well equipped and comfortable, I would happily have stayed for much longer.

Great property in convenient location. Management was excellent and very accommodating.

Only one suggestion is to provide a shower mat for showers as the tub can be pretty slick and someone might slip when using liquid soap and get injured.

A home from home

The cottage is so pretty with a lovely garden and outside seating. There's off street parking, easily, for 2 cars. Inside it is immaculate with a kitchen packed with everything you might need. It's a good 15 minute walk into town, which we enjoyed. We appreciated the lovely touch of leaving milk, bread, eggs and juice. I'd definitely stay again. We were a party of 5 adults and a 10 year old.

Una bonita casa, descanso asegurado

Una casa con mucho espacio, excelente decoración, buenas camas y un jardín trasero muy agradable. Fuimos 4 a la casa, nosotros dos con nuestro hijo e hija adultos, fue genial que pudieran tener cada uno su propia habitación. Nos dejaron algunas cosas básicas para el desayuno: café, té, pan, leche, azúcar, mantequilla... que nos facilitaron la estancia ya que íbamos sólo una noche. También gel, champú y jabón de manos. La casa tiene todas las comodidades, una cocina bien equipada, y muchos pequeños detalles como luces de noche con sensor de movimiento. La ubicación era buena , quizás un poco alejada del centro, pero se puede hacer caminando en 20 minutos, y al final resulta muy cómoda porque es muy tranquila y se puede usar el coche sin problema, en la casa hay parking privado y en el centro de Saint Andrews encontramos un parking público gratuito. La comunicación con la anfitriona ¡Genial! Tuvimos una duda nada más llegar y nos la resolvió al instante.
