About this house rental
The property has recently been refurbished and totally redecorated with new flooring throughout.
New bathroom suite with electric shower and bath.
There is a well fitted kitchen with every appliance having been replaced recently.
This is a very comfortable holiday home, located in a quiet residential area just 10 minutes walk from the town centre of St Andrews.
The hotel quality beds are brand new zip and link beds and can be available as singles or superking doubles or any combination with comfortable mattress toppers, these beds are very supportive and comfortable with quality toppers and Egyptian cotton sheets from Next.
The 2 double bedrooms are upstairs and sleep 4 people comfortably!
There is a very nice garden area with a table and chairs for breakfasting and also a garden bench which gets the evening sun!
The property is located around the corner from Morrisons supermarket and has a Marks and Spencer's just along the road as well.
Broadband is provided, gas central heating, TV and DVD player and also a digital bluetooth radio, iron/board and hairdryer.
Later check out of 12 noon.

The property was exceptionally clean and located in a quiet part of town easily accessible by public transport. Communication with the host was a breeze! Very responsive and helpful. I’d highly recommend this Vrbo to anyone visiting St Andrews

I cannot really fault my stat here . The house is clean and well presented . Master bedroom has a very large and comfortable bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 singles . The living room is spacious and clean connected to the kitchen/dining area. It is well sited close enough but not in the town with a store within easy walking distance . Would I stay there again ? Most definitely if i could handle the 11 hour journey again . Thankyou

It was a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to town centre. Less than a 5 minite walk to grocery store. The owner was also very responsive to questions. The place was clean, comfortable, however it could use a bit of an update.
Providing basic condiments (salt, pepper, spices, cooking oil etc. would be wonderful. We purchased items to grill burgers and planned to use the barbecue grill mentioned in the description, however there was not one. Yes, I know I should have checked.
