Location was excellent. Short walk into center of town. Very clean and well equipped

WiFi didn't work for the first 36 hours which was very disappointing. Eventually they sent someone over to give us a replacement router whilst they were fixing it which we appreciated. A little too late to respond however. Couldn't work out how to use the heater - not clear so really not that warm. Heater needs clearer instructions and the option to change the temp and not keep it on their decided timer and temperature

A good base for St Andrews, I would use again.

Kitchen was well appointed. Generally the layout was fine. Well positioned to explore St Andrews. Beds were comfy.

The wifi signal was weak - it kept dropping out. The smart TV didn't work properly - couldn't get Netflix

Poor wifi. As an international traveler relying on wifi only, it was most frustrating to have the wifi continually disconnect while in the middle of arranging transport and flight changes. I thought the property was overpriced.

CHARMING COTTAGE SHORT WALK FROM SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS AND UNIVERSITY OF ST ANDREWS

Quaint two-bedroom cottage with every convenience just blocks away from the university. Very nice host was available to help with any questions. Would highly recommend.

Disappointing

Heating was awful (non-existent). Left shivering in bed every night. Sign on the heating saying do not touch and its on a timer, was literally never on. WiFi is awful as well, when it works it's great, but was extremely patchy, probably worked 20% of the time. Which isn't ideal in an area with poor network coverage.

26 boase avenue

The central location and having parking was great. It was only 10 minutes to walk into town. Having the garden was good for my grandson to play in. It was also easy to find too.

It was okay, but not happy about issues with WiFi/TV

TV & WiFi did not work, contacted staff & was informed this was likely due to the bad weather however never received a follow up call to check everything was okay so we had to use our own personal hotspots on our mobile phones to watch anything on the TV

Great comfortable short break in St. Andrews for a winter graduation

good location; clean and well equipped plenty of hand sanitizer soap and nice shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. They also provided washing up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine products.

one of the bedroom is a bit small but it’s not a huge issue really so nothing.

Golf trip.

Parking outside was great. Golf clubs and gear easily moved in and out. The layout of the flat worked well. The location was good.

Very expensive, but I guess that's the going rate for St Andrews. Reason I can state this is that we are staying in a comparable flat in a Lytham in October. Same holiday for golf and it is half the price.

Outstanding in every way

At its fundamental level, it was outstandingly clean!! Everything. Bedding. Shower and bathroom. All kitchen surfaces and appliances. Litterally, everything. Where they excelled was in accounting for all of the other things, even with items we didn’t expect. For example, they provided shower body wash and shampoo. The shower towels were pleasantly massive. The beds had two pillows. They even provided on-site recycling of plastics, paper, cardboard, etc. In short, it felt like a higher end hotel, but with your own kitchen. The location was within a short walk to all of the sites, like the university and golf coarse. Shops, resturants and cafés are only a few minutes walk. We highly recommend this property.

Can not think of one thing to not like.
