great location but I was on the sofabed and it was not the most comfortable. Otherwise the place was totally ideal for what we needed.

The property is very well situated in the town of St. Andrews and is very comfortable with a full kitchen and living room to unwind and relax. Having a car park was a fantastic bonus.
Finding the property is challenging. There is no real signage so it was challenging to find when we arrived. The hot water heater in the property is difficult and inconsistent. There was no hot water on the first afternoon. We had to read through a book and figure out how to turn on the boiler/hot water heater. We certainly didn't expect that, nor were we prepared to be asked to take out garbage and strip beds when our stay was over.
