The property is located on a quiet street close to the St. Andrews Botanic Garden and with very easy access to other central attractions. The property is clean, comfortable, and more spacious than other properties we rented in our 2 1/2 week road trip through Scotland. It was a delightful place to relax and enjoy a full kitchen, dining area and living room at the end of our trip.

Only minor issue third bedroom is a bit small. Childs room really. Ok for sleeping but not much else

Location was excellent and entry instructions were clear and easy to follow. The house was spotless and perfect for what we wanted.
Maxine even sent a few items of clothing back to me that we had left behind.
Would highly recommend this place!

Modern kitchen, comfy sofa’s and clean house. Good locality. Prompt communication from host.
Pillows not comfy for all 3 of us. Noisy neighbours each night (late at night). Constant thudding/ ? running up and down corridor. This ruined our relaxation and purpose of weekend.
