Spacious, very clean and comfortable beds. Helpful information left regarding supermarkets and things to do and thoughtful unexpected gifts left in the kitchen. Easy parking as well which was wonderful. This was a delightful property and we highly recommend it to others.

Convenient location- easy walk to grocery. Ample parking in front of the flat for our car. Nice flat clean with lots of light.
T.v remote was missing so it did not work - host offered to come by and try to turn on the tv after letting us know past tenants had lost the remote. In the end it was too hard to coordinate and we were not planning to use the tv much anyway but a message letting us know the issue ahead of time would have been helpful so we didn’t spend time on trying to figure out the problem.

The property is located on a quiet street close to the St. Andrews Botanic Garden and with very easy access to other central attractions. The property is clean, comfortable, and more spacious than other properties we rented in our 2 1/2 week road trip through Scotland. It was a delightful place to relax and enjoy a full kitchen, dining area and living room at the end of our trip.

Modern kitchen, comfy sofa’s and clean house. Good locality. Prompt communication from host.
Pillows not comfy for all 3 of us. Noisy neighbours each night (late at night). Constant thudding/ ? running up and down corridor. This ruined our relaxation and purpose of weekend.
