This is a great little cottage. We had a comfortable and very enjoyable stay. The cottage is really well presented and had everything we needed.It is in a great location to access the Broads and coastal resorts. Great dog friendly beach areas at Great Yarmouth, day boat hire from Potter Heigham and lots of seals to see at Horsey Gap. Glenn is a great host, very friendly and welcoming. If we are back visiting this part of Norfolk again, we would stay here again without hesitation.

Beautiful, warm clean and comfortable, parking for our T5, cycling the area, park and ride into Norwich all good. Reccommended.

The accommodation was very clean and well designed in a quiet neighbourhood which also felt very safe

I was really impressed with the quickness of the host to reply to any of my queries, particularly one around using the oven.
I really appreciated the cleanliness of the property and the style of the bathrooms.
Only downsides are that the property isn’t near any local shops. The nearest shop is a petrol station.
