Just returned from a very enjoyable mid-week stay in this very comfortable lodge. If you’re looking for a bit of peace and quiet in comfortable surrounds I can highly recommend staying here. The lodge itself had absolutely everything we needed - including a/c which was a real plus, as the high temperatures during our stay would have made it very uncomfortable without it! The beds/mattresses were also extremely comfortable, which isn’t often the case when staying in a caravan/lodge, so we slept really well. Loved the wraparound deck with plenty of space to sit, eat & drink. We ate at a couple of local pubs - the queens head and kings head, but our favourite was Burgh Hall where the food was excellent. Our host Graham was very quick to respond to any questions we had, and was super helpful. So… 5* from us, and we hope to return again at some point.

We had a fantastic week staying at this beautiful lodge. The lodge was very clean, spacious and comfortable and is situated on a lovely quiet holiday park. It was very well equipped and the air conditioning and WiFi were a great bonus. We were fortunate to have great weather and so were able to make plenty of use of the wrap around veranda. Graham was a fantastic host - he responded promptly to any questions regarding our stay and sorted out a minor issue that we had very quickly. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lodge and hope to return again in the near future.
