Friendly helpful welcome. Room was spacious, light and bright with a huge shower room. All extremely clean. Very comfy bed. I really appreciated the quiet and efficient portable fan. Good shower. Room (no. 1) was quieter than expected even with the windows wide open (very little noise from the pub despite England match being shown!). Lots of free off-road parking. Bus stop close by and buses regular. Overall a pleasant comfortable stay.
Decor a little spartan and worn. I think £90 was pricey for room-only but I chose this property to be near an event I was attending. Room was exceptionally hot and stuffy when I arrived - heatwave weather no fault of the owners!... but closed curtains would have kept the room cooler in the circumstances.

it was very basic ok for overnight stay only any longer not for me. bar was nice
the location not great main road no good views.
