Breakfast and Food generally was great! The staff were helpful and available if ever needed.
The shower was a bit rubbish- REALLY low water pressure but not great for someone who is tall but this is a common challenge.

Location was excellent.
The property is very tired. Gents toilets flooded for at least 5 hours. No action in sorting v it, a guest put the wet floor sign out

Outdated and cheap looking furniture. Bed was very soft and same with the pillows.
