About this house rental
Large modern family home in a great Far North location of Cable Bay/Coopers Beach. Panorami views of Doubtless Bay. Sleeps 9. Three double bedrooms and a single bedroom with 3 singles. There is also a bedroom downstairs with a single bed. Guests will need to provide their own sheets and pillow cases and towels. Duvet blankets, pillows provided. Modern granite kitchen, tiled bathrooms.

To be honest, the rating is more like 4.5 stars. Location and views were amazing. Comms from the host were spot on and very accommodating with an early check in granted, which was very much appreciated. The only feedback for improvement would be the condition and cleanliness of the house which was slightly off and a lack of basics, salt and pepper etc in the pantry that most other Bookabachs have. These are not criticisms but advice as to what would lift the house to the next level in our opinion. Would not stop us from staying here again as we really enjoyed the stay.

Cobwebs, floors were dirty and needed a vaccum, beds were unmade, dirty underwear found under 1 of the beds. Paid extra for linen but only enough towels for 1 each. Our stay was 5 nights.
