Well located and spacious house in Kerikeri provided a lovely base for a relaxing holiday.

The house had everything that we needed for our stay, with plenty of room to spread out and a lovely pool to cool off in. Very well located in a quiet street on the edge of the main part of town and very close to a supermarket.

Wonderful

Everything about this property was ideal. A large spacious house with a fully equipped kitchen plus 2 sitting areas. The bathroom, shower room and toilet were all separate rooms. The property offers good parking space and has a well maintained swimming pool. There are washing and drying facilities in the vestibule. It is situated adjacent to the town centre with the New World supermarket only a 2 minute walk away. The owners of the property were only a phone call away but were also around occasionally to check out a small adjective room.

There wasn't anything not to like about this property.

Home away from home

We love staying with Heather and Peter whenever we are in Keri Keri. This was the first time that we'd stayed in the house. Usually, we are in the apartment. Absolutely superb. Clean, tidy, and well-appointed, and as always, we loved our stay. It really did feel like a home away from home, and the beds are awesome. We love that we can walk over to New World, to the pub for a few with dinner. Craft beer bar, kebabs, and dessert. Will always choose to stay at one of their properties when available, love it!!

Can't wait for summer so we can take a dip in the pool!!

The house has everything a traveler needs and is more homey and spacious than other lodging. The living area is very large and welcoming; the lighting is pleasant; and the pool is inviting! I was grateful to have it to "come home" to.

Absolutely superb, location, facilities, cleanliness, size and space, we couldn't have wished for a better stay. there was 10 of us from grandchildren to grandparents, we had the most perfect time, 10 out of 10. Thank you.

Very good value, very clean and worth booking again.

The lockbox needs two fingers unlocking the box at the same time and is hopeless for those of us with long fingernails.

The shower room fan doesn’t work so just needs repair. The windows in most bedrooms lacked a security lock so we felt using the fans overnight was safer than opening windows. Securing all windows would be an asset to the house.

The pool was the best! It had a nice outdoor shaded area to relax in or have our dinner. The beds were so comfortable and it had so much space for my family of five. the supermarket next door was easy to get to with a gate going straight to the carpark. It was in a perfect location for everything and a short drive to the beach. we had the most amazing time.

Excellent location in a clean, spacious home for the whole family!

We loved the handy location to town - right next to supermarket! It was quiet (except when delivery trucks came and went at the supermarket), the house was cozy, but very spacious for our family of 5, and everything was clean and tidy. We also loved the fireplace! Ooh, so comforting :-)

The only thing I think could’ve been better would be dark curtains in the bedrooms, as being next to the supermarket with its flood lights in the car park, and a street light right outside on the opposite side of the house to the supermarket, made the bedrooms very bright when trying to sleep - take a sleeping mask! Also, the master bed and the queen in the first bedroom as you go down the hall had very soft, bouncy beds - maybe time for replacement??

Everything about this property was fit for our purpose, location, layout, amenities and good value.

This property also has an apartment for rent (central apartment) that shares some common areas (parking and pool) this would be perfect for an extended family group, however we didn’t like having strangers on site who arrived late, were intoxicated and couldn’t find the key. They showered at about 3am and the water pipes made a hell of a racket scaring the bejesus out of us, we were literally looking for a weapon thinking someone was breaking in!! Super awks

Location was perfect, a short walk into town. Very Spacious with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their time. Will definitely recommend this place and come back in the future.
