Location for our party

Very ordinary room, noisy equipment outside the single glazed windows operating at night. Minimal facilities in the room, just tea, coffee and UHT milk. The room, though clean looked worn and tired.

Great location right in town. We stayed in a Queen Room. The bed was super comfortable. The room was very clean. It had a heat pump which was great. Person who checked is in was very friendly. Plenty of off street parking. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

A staff party went on until 10.30 pm…..thump thump of music and then people continued partying outside our room until almost 2am. Restaurant was closed due to the party.

Good location . Restaurant was very good . Large interesting menu and very well presented . All staff we encountered from reception to waiting and bar staff were excellent. Plenty off road parking .

The bed room was clean and comfortable. However , given that the lodge doesn’t do breakfast it would have been nice to have had crockery and cutlery for guests who brought their own . The fridge needs to be defrosted

The musty smell inside the room and outside the room as soon as you walked into the lodge entry door. Also our room was at the front on the market n street of the town

Just what we both needed, a good relaxing night away, a rarity for us.

Happy with room, old but well kept and clean, except the shower door looked like it could of done with a good scrub. Restaurant service was totally amazing, friendly and we were looked after well. Food was very nice. I had the venison, which I found absolutely tender and delicious, hubbie had chicken kebabs which he thoroughly enjoyed.

Convenient & comfortable

Lovely spot to stay with beautiful walks all around you. We ate at the Lodge and had a wonderful meal. Easy stroll into the township. Bed was comfortable and room was tidy. Plenty of offroad parking.

It is an older property with small rooms and bathroom. It is attached to the Lodge & just off the main road so a bit of noise from both but nothing too bad.
