The house is located on the first floor of a two-level semi-detached house and consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, bathroom and habitable terrace. Equipped with air conditioning, unlimited Wi-Fi, satellite TV (bring your card), Nespresso coffee machine, barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave with crisp, sheets and towels. Key delivery directly from the owner.
Included in the splendid village of Calaverde, pearl of the south western coast of Sardinia, located directly on a wonderful beach of fine white sand. In the village there is a swimming pool (from mid-June to the end of August), bar, pizzeria, tennis courts, basketball backboard and children's park.

The apartment is clean and just as advertised. Only a few minute walk to the beach. It was very quiet and perfect if you are looking for relax. Maybe a bit too quiet at times because we went in September at the end of season and unfortunately bad weather. I highly recommend for family and children relaxing time.

The apartment is very pretty and good equipped. The House is in a park with trees and it‘s a 5minutes walk to the nice beach. We enjoyed our stay very much. We recommend a car for exploring the island.

we´ve been with one 3 year old children in the aparment and had a great holiday. The apartment is near to beach (5min. walk) and has all what you need for a longer stay with children e.g. washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioner, gas grill on a realy large balcony....
