About this house rental
A charming, newly renovated cottage nestled in the beautiful pine forest of Santa Margherita. A beautiful and very peaceful spot, with plenty of amenities nearby.
Here is a brief description.
The beach has white sand and is about 200 meters from the house, a distance you can cover on foot along a tree-lined path through a beautiful pine forest.
Once at the beach, you can choose to use your own equipment (beach umbrellas and lounge chairs provided with the house) or visit the small beach establishments along the shore, which offer beach umbrellas, lounge chairs, toys for the little ones, and the classic kiosk selling ice cream, drinks, and snacks; in short, there’s everything you could want for a completely relaxing vacation, whether as a couple or with the family.
Near the house, just a 300-meter walk through the pine forest, there’s a small shopping center with a supermarket, a fish market (with very fresh fish), a butcher shop, stores, a café, and a restaurant/pizzeria.
If you’d like, you can leave your car parked for the entire vacation and enjoy the sea and the tranquility of the area
Alternatively, there are plenty of activities nearby: from horseback riding to kitesurfing in Chia (just a few kilometers from Santa Margherita), and all the amenities available in Pula, only 10 km away and also accessible by public bus.
Pula is a tourist hub full of bars, restaurants, and pizzerias, renowned for its delicious bread, pizza, and ice cream. There are countless bars, restaurants, agritourism farms, and nightclubs in the area around Santa Margherita. Water park 10 km away. Marina 1 km away. Golf course 7 km away.

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza in una casa molto pulita,comoda e molto vicina alla spiaggia,immersa in una bella pineta.Molto fedele alla descrizione fornita sul sito.I proprietari sono persone gentilissime e molto disponibili.Abitano nello stesso immobile,per noi è stata una convivenza piacevolissima.La spiaggia è bellissima e molto ampia.Abbiamo conosciuto molte persone del posto,tutte squisite!Il tempo è stato sempre bellissimo,quindi anche in questo siamo stati fortunati.Ci siamo trovati benissimo,anche il nostro bimbo di quasi 3 anni..Sconsiglio questo posto solo ed esclusivamente a chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza molto mondana,a tutti quelli che cercano riposo,mare bello e voglia di stare con la propria famiglia lo consiglio vivamente.Un saluto speciale alla famiglia che ci ha ospitato.Torneremo sicuramente,non vediamo l'ora!

"Casa super accessoriata nel verde; si raggiungono a piedi sia il mare che il market e altri servizi. A soli 10/15 minuti di auto le spiagge di Chia e Teulada e la cittadina di Pula, molto vivace la sera."
