Beatrice House is a SINGLE INDEPENDENT Villa SEA VIEW surrounded by greenery at 3 min. drive away from the beach of Santa Margherita, 5 min from pleasant and bustling town of Pula and 10 min. from the most beautiful beaches of southwestern Sardinia (Chia, Abamar, Capo Spartivento, Cala Cipolla, Tuerredda, etc.).Veranda of 40 sqm, equipped with table and 8 chairs, rattan lounge.Huge backyard and equipped with barbecue, rocking .4 drinking fountains, outdoor shower (hot and cold), outdoor kitchen, washhouse .2 hammocks, children's area with several games (Carman, slide, swing, treciclo, etc). On the back the beautiful age-old carob. Trees and lit. All within a 7-hectare estate.Video intercom.
The House consists of: kitchen (tv, microwave, fridge + freezer, radio, oven), 3 bedrooms and bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Mosquito nets in all openings. Safe. We are also available for free: highchair, hair dryer, Ironing Board, 3 bikes + bicycle helmets, beach umbrella, beach toys. Woodburning stove. Welcome animals but away from home. Deposit 200 euro.

The two of us stayed two weeks in this lovely house. We had a very good time because the house offered everything we need: quiet area (beside some dogs, barking at night), beautiful view, everything in the house you need to have a comfortable life. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Price-quality is absolutely good.

We rented this little villa with a baby and it is just perfect. A lot of place around, beautiful sea-sight, very quiet, perfect equipped, everything you need is in the house. There is even a little playground for a baby or toddler. A perfect and friendly welcome of the owners. And last but not least very cheap.
