About this villa rental
Villa Tana Margianis, officially registered under number: www.iun-ras.eu/R6174, is located just outside the small village of Perdaxius, in the province of Carbonia / Iglesias, in the south of Sardinia. The house has a large, spacious kitchen with 5-burner stove and electric oven, a dishwasher and a luxury coffee machine.
The villa has Wi-Fi.
There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bathroom en suite, one with a double bed and a single bed and one with a double bed and a cot. The bathrooms are equipped with a toilet and bidet, spacious sink and spacious shower with luxurious shower column.
Around the villa you can enjoy space and tranquility with beautiful views of the mountains, with beautiful sunsets. Behind the villa is the swimming pool or 11 x 5 meters.
The various beaches can be reached by car within half an hour. In the village there are several shops and a small supermarket. The nearby Narcao (3 km) has a large supermarket.
The villa was completely renovated in 2017 and all furniture was newly purchased.
Note: The swimming pool can be used from the last weekend or April to the last weekend or October. The villa has a gas fireplace for the colder periods, which can be used in the living room / kitchen.

We stayed here a few years ago and the improvements have added to this amazing place. The villa is spacious & clean with all the equipment you need but the outside is fantastic. Large swimming pool, great barbeque and eating area plus several patios.The host's are lovely and friendly and offer meals and provisions to order.A lovely relaxing holiday.

Marja and Carlo are the best hosts! They were quick to answer all of our questions before we arrived and make reservations for us throughout our stay, it was also a great touch being able to order food and drink from them next door. We loved the large pool especially in the heat of the day, but also in the evening with the pool lights on. The villa itself is well decorated, clean and spacious enough for 8 people, although the large outdoor area is where we spent most of our time, on sun loungers or eating meals at either the table by the BBQ or the other table in the shade. Great location to explore south Sardinia, would definitely recommend the local winery and not too far from the nearest beaches.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Marja und Carlo waren immer für uns da, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Angefangen mit dem leckeren Essen, das am ersten Tag auf uns gewartet hat, über Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung bis zum Limoncello, Mirto und Wein aus der Region. Marja und Carlo waren für uns nicht nur Vermieter, sondern sind zu Freunden geworden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Our family of 4, 2 adults and two teenage children, had a great stay at this villa in August ‘22.
Communication with the hosts, Marja and Carlos, was great from the offset and everything was perfect when we arrived. The service to pre-order water, snacks, an evening meal and wine added to the relaxed start to the holiday.
The Villa itself was spacious, clean and well equipped.
The outside area was secluded and offered both shade and a fantastic pool where we spent most of our holiday.
The hosts hit the perfect balance of being available when we needed them while allowing us to enjoy privacy on our holiday.
A great location too with beaches, towns and historical sights within east reach.
Overall a great stay in a beautiful villa enjoying the tranquility of Sardina.
