The villa, covered in stone, is located in an elevated position from which you can enjoy a beautiful sea view and is built on three different levels: the ground floor includes a large living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed plus one pull-out (all three with air conditioning) and full bathroom with shower.
The bright and windowed basement in all its rooms consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and a complete bathroom with shower.
(The basement, independent of the rest of the house, has a living room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms and bathroom with shower. It is completely independent from the rest of the house and has further external access to it and is only available to the property).
All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
Inside the house there is a TV, fridge with freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, hob, two external hot / cold showers, parking space, washing machine and 4-season wardrobes.
The house is ideal for families who want to relax, away from the typical summer bustle that characterizes many tourist destinations and who want to stay in contact with nature and the beaches of the coast of Castiadas, Costa rei and Villasimius.
