About this villa rental
Sunny, spacious villa with panoramic sea views, immersed in typical Mediterranean 'macchia' vegetation. Enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of Sardinia's Costa del Sud: bird song and cicadas, eucalyptus and mirto, with a turquoise ocean backdrop. 1.5 km (17 minutes) walk to a long sandy beach and within a short drive of blue-flag beaches including Tuerredda and Porto Pino.

Located on a hillside within a gated community, this double-storey house is reached by walking down 110 steps from a private parking spot. After the descent, you'll be rewarded with a spectacular sea view, unspoiled by roads or other houses.
The villa faces south-east and enjoys sunny mornings and afternoon shade. It has two large bedrooms with sea views, plus a smaller bedroom with a double bunk bed. The upstairs master bedroom has a balcony. There is a large bathroom on each floor with shower, toilet and bidet. The upstairs bathroom has an adjoining terrace with outdoor shower.
Downstairs you'll find an open-plan living room with double sofa bed, dining table, modern, fully-equipped kitchen, and a small utility room for laundry. Large patio doors lead to a spacious outdoor area including covered terrace with dining table and sofa seats, lawn, barbecue and outdoor shower.
You'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay including unlimited high-speed Wifi, LED Smart TV with TivuSat and Netflix, filter coffee machine (and traditional moka pot), electric convection oven, induction hob, bullet blender, washing machine, dishwasher, air-con, standing fan, and digital safe.
The villa is semi-detached, with a layout that maximises privacy. You will have the whole house and garden to yourself.
The cleaning fee includes bed linen and bath towels.

Lovely stay, safe, super quiet neighborhood, spectacular view. It feels like living in a luxury villa. At the end of the day, sit outside and enjoy dinner. Watch out for the harmless bee. Nice and clean place. You might spot a big deer walking in the woods.

We spent a wonderful 10 days at the villa. It's spacious, clean and well equipped. The air con was definitely welcome during August! The lovely garden and outdoor seating area look right out to sea, and we spent all our evenings there, enjoying the view and the local food.
There are so many beaches to choose from, some busier, but it's easy to find quieter spots. All of them were beautiful and great for swimming and snorkelling. Caroline was super helpful with many ideas ideas for things to do and places to visit. We would 100% recommend this property, we had a fantastic time.
